Abstract
Tujuan Untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan kepemimpinan dalam pembelajaran peer teaching pada siswa kelas IX di SMPN 6 Cimahi. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 9 di SMP 6 Cimahi, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 32 orang diambil berdasarkan teknik teknik slovin . Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepemimpinan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK yaitu, dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert, angket ini di buat berbasis online dengan menggunakan Google form, dengan penyebaran melalui media (Whatsapp). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan temuan tentang analisis penerapan peer teaching pada pembelajaran bulutangkis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan siswa, diperoleh simpulan terkait penelitian tersebut yaitu terdapat 3% siswa dalam kategori sangat rendah, 9% siswa dalam kategori rendah, 56% siswa dalam kategori sedang, 26% siswa dalam kategori tinggi, 6% siswa dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Objective To determine the level of leadership skills in peer teaching learning in class IX students at SMPN 6 Cimahi. In this study, using qualitative research. The population of this study were all 9th grade students at SMP 6 Cimahi, the sample used was 32 people taken based on the slovin technique. The instrument used to measure student leadership in participating in PJOK learning is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale, this questionnaire is made online based using the Google form, with dissemination via the media (Whatsapp). Based on the results of data analysis and findings regarding the analysis of the application of peer teaching in badminton learning to improve student leadership abilities, it was concluded that there were 3% of students in the very low category, 9% of students in the low category, 56% of students in the medium category, 26 % of students in the high category, 6% of students in the very high category.
