Abstract
Terdapat fenomena yang menunjukkan banyaknya siswa sekolah dasar Indonesia yang pernah menjadi korban perundungan, sementara keterampilan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah tidak memuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui efektivitas desain Playing with Conflict dalam mengembangkan keterampilan memecahkan masalah perundungan siswa sekolah dasar. Urgensi penelitian untuk menghasilkan desain Playing with Conflict yang efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan memecahkan masalah perundungan siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen pendekatan kuantitatif dengan non-equivalent control gorup designs. Penelitian ini melibatkan sejumlah 24 siswa di kelas eksperimen dan 24 siswa di kelas kontrol sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah tes dan observasi. Analisis data penelitian memanfaatkan analisis data pretest dan post-test, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen memiliki profil yang sama, yakni keterampilan memecahkan masalah perundungan berdasarkan hasil pretest dalam kategori kurang. Kedua, desain Playing with Conflict memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan memecahkan masalah perundungan di kelas eksperimen, pengaruh desain berada dalam kategori sedang. Ketiga, kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional dengan Direct Instruction (DI) mengalami pengaruh tetapi pengaruhnya berada dalam kategori rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa desain Playing with Conflict lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan memecahkan masalah perundungan siswa sekolah dasar dibandingkan model Direct Instruction (DI). Kata Kunci: Playing with Conflict, Keterampilan Memecahkan Masalah, Siswa, Sekolah Dasar, Perundungan There is a phenomenon that shows many Indonesian elementary school students have been victims of bullying, while students' problem-solving skills are not satisfactory. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Playing with Conflict design in developing bullying problem-solving skills of elementary school students. The urgency of research is to produce an effective Playing with Conflict design in developing bullying problem-solving skills of elementary school students. The research method used is a quasi-experimental quantitative approach with non-equivalent control gorup designs. This research involves 24 student in control group and 24 students in experimental group. The research instruments are tests and observation. The analysis data thecnique used is pretest and post-test data analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test. This results show that, first, control group and experimental group have equal profile based on test instrumen result, both of them are in low category. Second, Playing with Conflict design has effect of on bullying problem-solving skills, its effect is in medium category. Third, control class used conventional learning with Direct Instruction (DI) has effect of on bullying problem-solving skills, but its effect is in low category. It indicates that the Playing with Conflict design is more effective in improving students' bullying problem-solving skills than Direct Instruction model.
