Abstract

Leadership (kepemimpinan) berkenaan dengan seseorang yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku orang lain untuk suatu tujuan. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan sikap leadership siswa pada pembelajaran bolavoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa MAN 2 Kota Bogor sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas X MIPA 1. Hasil dari proses pretest untuk sikap leadership 159,94 rendah dan setelah dilakukan posttest menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 166,31. Sedangkan hasil pretest untuk praktek passing bawah 34,14 rendah dan posttest 40,71, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh model cooperative dalam permainan bolavoli cukupefektif dalam meningkatkan sikap leadership siswa maupun untuk keterampilan dasar passing bawah siswa MAN 2 Kota Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) pada peningkatan leadership siswa bernilai 0,00 nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh model cooperative dalam pembelajaran bolavoli terhadap leadership siswa MAN 2 Kota Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative learning (Jigsaw) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap leadership siswa pada pembelajaran bolavoli kelas X MIPA 1 di MAN 2 Kota Bogor. Maka model pembelajaran cooperative tipe jigsaw dapat digunakan di sekolah untuk meningkatkan nilai sikap leadership siswa selama pembelajaran PJOK khususnya pelajaran permainan bolavoli. Leadership refers to a person who can influence the behavior of others for a purpose. The main objective in this study is to determine the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve students' leadership attitudes in volleyball learning. This research uses experimental methods, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was MAN 2 Bogor City students, the sample used was class X MIPA 1 students. The results of the pretest process for leadership attitude were low 159.94 and after the posttest resulted in an average score of 166.31. While the pretest results for the lower passing practice of 34.14 are low and the posttest is 40.71, it can be concluded that the influence of the cooperative model in volleyball games is quite effective in improving students' leadership attitudes as well as for basic passing skills under MAN 2 Bogor City students. Based on the results of the calculation of the significance value (2 tailed) on increasing student leadership worth 0.00, this value is smaller than 0.05. So Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is an influence of the cooperative model in volleyball learning on the leadership of MAN 2 Bogor City students. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning (Jigsaw) learning model has a significant effect on student leadership in class X MIPA 1 volleyball learning at MAN 2 Bogor City. So the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model can be used in schools to increase the value of students' leadership attitudes during PJOK learning, especially volleyball game lessons.
