Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya temuan permasalahan anak di kelompok A dengan keterampilan pemecahan masalah sederhana masih belum merata. Ratarata siswa di kelompok A masih kebingungan dalam melakukan kegiatan permainan yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar analisis ini dapat mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dan hasil keterampilan pemecahan masalah pada anak kelompok A. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Pelton dengan tiga tindakan. Dalam setiap tindakan terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, dan penilaian hasil. Data yang diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara dengan guru wali kelas A, lembar observasi anak, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa, proses pembelajaran metode problem based learning dalam penggunaan media puzzle dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah pada anak menghasilkan kategori baik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada grafik bahwa terjadi peningkatan. Pada tindakan ke-1 hasil yang dapat diperoleh terdapat 52,08%, pada tindakan ke-2 hasil yang dapat diperoleh terdapat 68,06%, pada tindakan ke-3 hasil yang dapat diperoleh terdapat 88,89%. Dari hasil ketiga tindakan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah pada anak kelompok A. ---------------- This research was motivated by the findings of children's problems in group A with simple problem-solving skills are still uneven. The average student in group A is still confused in doing various game activities. This study aims to describe the learning process and the results of problem-solving skills in group A children. The method used in this study is the Pelton model classroom action research with three actions. Each action consists of five stages, namely problem identification, data collection, action planning, action implementation, and result assessment. Data obtained through interviews with homeroom teacher A, children's observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The result of this study is that the learning process of problem-based learning methods in the use of puzzle media in improving problem-solving skills in children produces good categories. It can be seen in the graph that there has been an increase. In the 1st action the results that can be obtained are 52.08%, in the 2nd action the results that can be obtained there are 68.06%, in the 3rd action the results that can be obtained there are 88.89%. From the results of these three actions, it shows that there is an increase in problem-solving skills in group A children
