Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Kreativitas mencakup aspek fluency, flexibility, originality, dan elaboration. Urgensi kreativitas bagi siswa dapat membantu siswa dalam mengatasi permasalahan dalam kegiatan belajar di persekolahan. Berbagai cara dilakukan agar penerapan kreativitas di sekolah dalam terlaksana dengan baik, salah satunya penggunaan model pembelajaran yang mumpuni. Salah satunya menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Namun, kreativitas siswa di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kreativitas siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning berbasis podcast dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode resitasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas 8.A berjumlah 34 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dan 8.B berjumlah 34 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa skor kemampuan kreativitas siswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Setelah skor post-test pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dibandingkan, keduanya menunjukan terdapat perbedaan dari skor kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample t test menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,000 sehingga kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaan kreativitas siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL berbasis podcast dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode resitasi. Peningkatan tersebut dilihat dari hasil skor angket kreativitas siswa yang didalamnya memuat indikator kreativitas yaitu fluency, flexibility, originality dan elaboration. Creativity includes aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The urgency of creativity for students can help students overcome problems in learning activities at school. Various methods are used to ensure that creativity in schools is implemented well, one of which is the use of competent learning models. One of them uses the Project Based Learning learning model. However, student creativity in Indonesia is still relatively low. This research was carried out at SMPN 1 Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency. The aim of the research is to find out whether there is an influence on students' creativity before being given treatment and after being given treatment in the experimental class which uses a podcast-based Project-Based Learning learning model with the control class which uses the recitation method. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The research was carried out in class 8.A with 34 students as the control class and 8.B with 34 students as the experimental class. The research results proved that the creativity ability scores of students in the experimental class were higher than those in the control class. After the post-test scores in the experimental class and control class were compared, both showed that there were differences between the scores of the experimental class and the control class. Based on the results of the independent sample t test, it shows that the significance value is 0.000, so the conclusion is that there is a difference in student creativity in the experimental class which uses the podcast-based PjBL learning model and the control class which uses the recitation method. This increase can be seen from the results of the student creativity questionnaire scores which contain creativity indicators, namely fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration.
