Abstract
Layanan bimbingan karier perlu diadakan secara optimal terutama bagi kelas akhir (kelas XII dan kelas XIII) SMK untuk mempersiapkan kematangan karier mereka. Namun, masih banyak sekolah yang belum siap dalam melakukan pemberian layanan bimbingan karier, seperti adanya keterbatasan media dalam melakukan kegiatan layanan bimbingan karier. Maka dari itu, diperlukan perancangan e-modul layanan bimbingan karier berbasis flipping book yang berisikan materi mengenai mengenal potensi diri dan dunia kerja hingga persiapan mencari kerja, agar siswa kelas akhir SMK dapat mempersiapkan karier mereka secara mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil rancangan bahan layanan bimbingan karier berbasis e-modul dan kebermanfaatannya untuk mempersiapkan kematangan karier siswa kelas akhir SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design & Development dengan model penelitian N.J. Manson yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yaitu Awareness of Problem, Suggestion, Development, Evaluation, dan Conclusion. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di antaranya e-modul layanan bimbingan karier sebagai bahan layanan bimbingan karier berbasis flipping book dapat diakses melalui desktop dan mobile. Selain itu, e-modul mendapatkan skor validasi materi sebesar 87,23%, validasi media sebesar 83,66%, dan uji coba pengguna sebesar 86,60% dan menghasilkan respons positif baik dari guru BK maupun siswa kelas akhir SMK. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah e-modul yang telah dirancang layak dijadikan bahan untuk layanan bimbingan karier bagi siswa kelas akhir SMK sebagai media untuk mempersiapkan kematangan karier mereka. ---------------- Career guidance services need to be provided optimally, especially for final classes (class XII and XIII) to prepare them for career maturity. However, there are still many schools that are not ready to provide career guidance services, such as the limited media in carrying out career guidance service activities. Therefore, it is necessary to design an e-module for flipping book-based career guidance services which contains material regarding recognizing one's potential and the world of work as well as preparation for looking for work, so that final year vocational school students can prepare for their careers independently. The aim of this research is to determine the results of the design of e-module-based career guidance service materials and their usefulness in preparing career maturity for final year vocational school students. The research method used is Design & Development with the N.J. Manson research model, which consists of 5 stages, namely Awareness of Problem, Suggestion, Development, Evaluation, and Conclusion. The research results obtained include career guidance service e-modules as material for flipping book-based career guidance services that can be accessed via desktop and mobile. Apart from that, the e-module received a material validation score of 87.23%, media validation of 83.66%, and user testing of 86.60% which resulted in positive responses from both guidance and counseling teachers and final year vocational school students. The conclusion obtained is that the e-module that has been designed is suitable as a material for career guidance services for final year vocational school students as a medium for preparing for their career maturity.
