Abstract

Teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat dalam bidang pendidikan khususnya dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan motivasi belajar yaitu Articulate Storyline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Dengan variabel bebas (X) yaitu media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu motivasi belajar peserta didik. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas X IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji-t, dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada rumusan masalah ke-1 memiliki nilai probabilitas 0,001 maka terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya treatment menggunakan media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline pada kelas X IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil pada rumusan masalah ke-2 memiliki nilai probabilitas 0,001 sehingga terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya treatment menggunakan media pembelajaran Powerpoint pada kelas X IPS 3 di kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain, kelas eksperimen mendapatkan nilai 73,02% sedangkan kelas kontrol mendapatkan nilai 43,25%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline berpengaruh dan cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. ; Technology has a very strong influence in the field of education, especially in the development of learning media on learning motivation. This research aims to determine the effect of using Articulate Storyline learning media on students' learning motivation. With the independent variable (X), namely the Articulate Storyline learning media and the dependent variable (Y), namely students' learning motivation. The samples in this study were class X IPS 1 as the experimental class and class X IPS 3 as the control class. The instrument used was a learning motivation questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses the normality test, homogeneity test, t test, and difference test. The results of the research show that the 1st problem formulation has a probability value of 0.001, so there is a difference in students' learning motivation before and after treatment using the Articulate Storyline learning media to class X IPS 1 as an experimental class. The results in the second problem formulation have a probability value of 0.001 so that there is a difference in students' learning motivation before and after treatment using PowerPoint learning media to class X IPS 3 in the control class. Based on the results of the N-Gain test, the experimental class got a score of 73.02% while the control class got a score of 43.25%. So, it can be concluded that the Articulate Storyline learning media is influential and quite effective in increasing students' learning motivation.
