Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan kepala sekolah terhadap pengembangan kurikulum merdeka dala pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 169 Pelita dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 061 Cijerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pembelajaran. Dengan memfokuskan pada fleksibilitas, partisipasi aktif siswa, dan pemberdayaan guru, Kurikulum Merdeka menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis, inklusif, dan relevan. Kepala Sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam memastikan implementasi yang efektif, dengan meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan dukungan bagi staf pendidikan. (2) sebanyak (76%) menunjukan bahwa ke enam indikator kesiapan kepal sekolah diantaranya (1) pemahaman konsep kurikulum merdeka, (2) perencanaan, dan manajemen, (3) keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi, (4) kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal, (5) kemampuan mengatasi tantangan, dan (6) pemberdayaan guru. Dan angket sebesar (76.6%) menunjukan bahwa ke tiga indikator kurikulum merdeka diantaranya (1) fleksibilitas kurikulum, (2)integrasi teknologi pendidikan(3) pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 menunjukan hasil yang baik. ----------- This research aims to determine the readiness of school principals to develop an independent curriculum in Bandung City State Elementary School learning. This research uses a mix method approach combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation studies. The population in this study were principals and teachers at State Elementary School 169 Pelita and State Elementary School 061 Cijerah. The research results show that: 1). The development of the Independent Curriculum has had a significant positive impact on learning. By focusing on flexibility, active student participation, and teacher empowerment, the Merdeka Curriculum creates a more dynamic, inclusive, and relevant learning environment. Principals have a central role in ensuring effective implementation, by enhancing understanding, skills and support for educational staff. (2) as many as (76%) indicated that the six indicators of school principal readiness include (1) understanding the concept of an independent curriculum, (2) planning and management, (3) interpersonal and communication skills, (4) collaboration with external parties, ( 5) ability to overcome challenges, and (6) teacher empowerment. And a questionnaire of (76.6%) showed that the three indicators of the independent curriculum, including (1) curriculum flexibility, (2) integration of educational technology (3) development of 21st century skills, showed good results.
