Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi smartphone telah membawa perubahan positif dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dapat diakses oleh siswa setiap saat dan dimana saja. Pengembangan media tersebut tentunya harus memastikan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan bebas dari miskonsepsi. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan media pembelajaran larutan elektrolit dan larutan non-elektrolit bagi peserta didik kelas X SMA yang merujuk pada standar kompetensi dasarnya yaitu menganalisis sifat larutan berdasarkan daya hantar listriknya dan membedakan daya hantar listrik berbagai larutan melalui perancangan dan pelaksanaan percobaan. Media yang dikembangkan dibuat dalam bentuk simulator larutan elektrolit dan larutan non-elektrolit berbasis smartphone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengintegrasikan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Software pendukung yang digunakan adalah Adobe Illustrator, Canva dan juga Construct 2. Kualitas media ditentukan melalui evaluasi terhadap parameter karakteristik media, kelayakan dan tanggapan pengguna terhadap simulator yang telah dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa media yang dibuat memerlukan teks untuk mendeskripsikan fitur yang tersedia serta informasi yang diperlukan dalam setiap fitur, gambar, animasi, dan simulasi yang mampu menghasilkan data eksperimen larutan elektrolit dan non-elektrolit secara maya. Evaluasi kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh tiga evaluator menghasilkan data bahwa simulator yang dikembangkan sudah sangat layak. Hasil review pendidik mengenai simulator menurut tiga pendidik kimia yaitu sudah sangat layak dan dapat diimplementasikan untuk pembelajaran. Hasil testimoni peserta didik mengenai simulator menurut lima peserta didik yaitu simulator yang dikembangkan menarik dan memudahkan peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi larutan elektrolit dan larutan non-elektrolit. The development of smartphone technology has brought positive changes in the development of learning media that can be accessed by students at any time and anywhere. The development of this media must of course ensure that it supports the achievement of learning objectives and is free from misconceptions. In this research, learning media for electrolyte solutions and non-electrolyte solutions was developed for class The media developed is made in the form of a smartphone-based electrolyte solution and non-electrolyte solution simulator. The research method used is development research that integrates the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model. The supporting software used is Adobe Illustrator, Canva and also Construct 2. Media quality is determined through evaluation of media characteristic parameters, feasibility and user responses to the simulator that has been developed. Based on the research results, it was found that the media created requires text to describe the available features as well as the information required in each feature, images, animations and simulations that are capable of producing virtual experimental data for electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. The feasibility evaluation carried out by three evaluators produced data that the simulator developed was very feasible. According to three chemistry educators, the results of the educator review regarding the simulator are very feasible and can be implemented for learning. The results of student testimonials regarding the simulator according to five students are that the simulator developed is interesting and makes it easier for students to study the material on electrolyte solutions and non-electrolyte solutions.
