Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Akuntansi, hal ini terlihat dari tingkat presentase siswa yang rendah pada saat menjawab pernyataan pada uji coba angket minat belajar. Hal ini disebabkan karena startegi pembelajaran yang dilakukan masih bersifat konvensional, sehingga pembelajaran kurang menarik minat para siswa. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan minat belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen quasi experimental design, adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 13 Bandung yang berjumlah 40 orang. Instrumen pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah angket minat belajar. Teknik pengolahan data berupa pengolahan data kuantitatif yang meliputi uji normalitas data dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20.0 for windows dan pengujian hipotesis parametrik dengan uji t. Hasil perhitungan data menunjukkan bahwa presentase sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigationsebesar 75% berminat rendah dan 70% berminat tinggi. Adapun hasil pengujian hipotesis pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% melalui uji t membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation. The present study is conducted based on the lack of students’ interest in learning accounting, it is shown from the low percentage when students are asked to answer learning interest questionnaire. This is because the learning strategy used is still conventional so that the learning is not encouraging the students’ interest. Based on the issue, the aim of the present study is to discover the difference of students’ learning interest before and after the Group Investigation of Cooperative Learning Model treatment. The method of the present study is quasi experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest design. The subject of the study is 40 social students grade XI of SMA Negeri 13 Bandung. The learning instrument used is learning interest questionnaire. The data is analyzed using quantitative technique i.e. data normality test using the software of SPSS 20.0 for windows and parametric hypothesis test by using t-test. The data computation shows that precentage before and after the implementation of Group Investigation of Cooperative Learning Modelis 75% with low interest and 70% with high interest. The result of t-test, testing the hypothesis at 95% level of significance, proves that there is a difference on the students’ learning interest in the accounting subject before and after the implementation of Group Investigation of Cooperative Learning Model.
