    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berfokus pada isu rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis Pada Mata Pelajaran Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu variabel Lingkungan Sekolah (X) dan variabel Motivasi Belajar (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondusifitas lingkungan sekolah siswa dan tingkat motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Manajemen Perkantoran. Juga, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

    Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey eksplanatori dan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui hasil penyebaran angket kepada 107 responden dan juga observasi lapangan. Responden pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana.

    Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, tingkat kondusifitas lingkungan sekolah yang berada pada kategori kodusif, lalu tingkat motivasi belajar siswa yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Adapun hasil dari uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

    This research focuses on the issue of low learning motivation of class XII in the Department of Office Management and Business Services in SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. This research consists of 2 variables, the School Environment (X) and the Learning Motivation (Y). The aim of this research is to determine the level of conduciveness of the students’ school environment and the level of learning motivation in the Office Management subject. Also, this research was conducted to determine the influence of the school environment on student learning motivation.

    Using an explanatory survey research as the methods with a quantitative approach, the data was collected through the results of distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents and also by field observations. The respondents in this research are all students in class XII of the Office Management and Business Services Department in SMK Negeri 3 Bandung.

    The results of this research analysis show that the level of the conduciveness of the school environment is in the conducive category, and then the level of the student learning motivation is in the high category. The results of the hypothesis test state that the school environment has a positive and significant effect on the student learning motivation.
