Abstract

Perencanaan kurikulum yang selaras dengan Industri Dunia Usaha dan Ketenagakerjaan (IDUKA) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran penting dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang sesuai dengan budaya kerja mitra industri dan memenuhi kebutuhan softskill. Kurikulum yang selaras menjadi syarat utama bagi SMK untuk meraih status Pusat Keunggulan, mendukung pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas lulusan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan IDUKA. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan kurikulum penyelarasan dengan IDUKA di SMK Pusat Keunggulan Wilayah I Jakarta Pusat, khususnya fokus pada perencanaan isi kurikulum, strategi pembelajaran, dan strategi penilaian prestasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran konvergen, menggabungkan data kualitatif untuk perencanaan kurikulum dan data kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif untuk menentukan isi kurikulum, strategi pembelajaran, dan strategi penilaian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum penyelarasan di SMK Pusat Keunggulan dengan IDUKA di wilayah Jakarta 1 telah berjalan secara sistematis dan efektif. Perencanaan isi kurikulum dinilai baik, sementara perencanaan strategi pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu, aspek strategi penilaian dan uji sertifikasi peserta didik dinilai sangat baik, mencerminkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan relevansi hasil bagi dunia kerja. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi positif untuk SMK lain dalam merancang kurikulum penyelarasan dengan mitra industri. Keberhasilan perencanaan strategi pembelajaran dan penilaian dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasional, menciptakan lulusan yang siap terjun ke dunia kerja sesuai dengan tuntutan IDUKA. The curriculum planning that aligns with the World of Business and Employment Industry (IDUKA) in Vocational High Schools (SMK) plays a crucial role in producing graduates who fit into the work culture of industry partners and meet the needs of soft skills. A harmonized curriculum is a primary requirement for SMK to achieve the Center of Excellence status, supporting the development and improvement of the quality of graduates relevant to IDUKA's requirements. This research aims to describe and analyze the curriculum alignment planning with IDUKA at the Center of Excellence Vocational High School in Region I Central Jakarta, focusing on curriculum content planning, learning strategies, and student performance assessment strategies. This study uses a convergent mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative data for curriculum planning and quantitative data analyzed with descriptive statistics to determine curriculum content, learning strategies, and assessment strategies. The research findings indicate that curriculum alignment planning at the Center of Excellence Vocational High School with IDUKA in Jakarta Region I has been systematic and effective. The curriculum content planning is evaluated as good, while the planning of learning strategies has been executed well. Additionally, the aspects of assessment strategies and certification examinations for students are rated as very good, reflecting transparency, accountability, and relevance to the demands of the workforce. The results of this research provide positive implications for other vocational high schools in designing curriculum alignment with industry partners. The success of learning and assessment strategy planning can serve as a guide to enhance the quality of vocational education, creating graduates ready to enter the workforce in line with IDUKA's demands.
