Abstract

ABSTRAK UPAYA GURU MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI PERMAINAN PUPPET FUN (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di Kelompok A TK Aisiyah 11 Bandung) Dede Gina Launa Oktavita 1902048 Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar permasalahan yang muncul pada anak kelompok A di TK Aisiyah 11 Bandung, yaitu masih rendahnya tingkat kepercayaan diri anak. Pentingnya kepercayaan diri dalam kehidupan anak baik masa sekarang atau masa yang akan anak hadapi, maka perlu adanya solusi agar kepercayaan diri anak dapat meningkat. Cara yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak adalah dengan permainan puppet fun, yang merupakan modifikasi dari permainan jamuran, yang dilakukan secara berkelompok menggunakan media puppet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kepercayaan diri anak melalui permaianan puppet fun, dengan jumlah 15 orang anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dan setiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisi yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa permainan puppet fun dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak. Hal ini terlihat dari data hasil observasi sebelum tindakan terhitung persentase kategori belum berkembang (BB) sebanyak 80%, kategori mulai berkembang (MB) sebanyak 13,33%, dan kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) sebanyak 6,67%. Dan setelah dilaksanakan permainan puppet fun ini terlihat peningkatan yang signifikan, peningkatan ini dapat dilihat dari persentase, kategori belum berkembang (BB) sebanyak 0%, kategori mulai berkembang (MB) sebanyak 13,33%, dan kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) sebanyak 86,67%. Dengan demikian maka permainan puppet fun ini dapat dijadikan bahan untuk kegiatan sebelum memulai pembelajaran, dalam upaya alternatif meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak. Kata Kunci : kepercayaan diri, permaianan puppet fun   ABSTRACT TEACHER EFFORTS TO INCREASE EARLY CHILDREN'S SELF-CONFIDENCE THROUGH PUPPET FUN GAMES (Classroom Action Research in Group A Kindergarten Aisiyah 11 Bandung) Dede Gina Launa Oktavita 1902048 This research was conducted on the basis of the problems that arose in group A children at Kindergarten Aisiyah 11 Bandung, namely the low level of self-confidence of children. The importance of self-confidence in children's lives, both now and in times that children will face, it is necessary to find solutions so that children's self-confidence can increase. The method used to increase children's self-confidence is by playing puppet fun, which is a modification of the mushroom game, which is carried out in groups using puppet media. The purpose of this study was to obtain results regarding increasing children's self-confidence through puppet fun games, with a total of 15 children. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR), which consisted of two cycles, and each cycle carried out two actions. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation studies. The analysis technique used uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results in this study show that puppet fun games can increase children's self-confidence. This can be seen from the observed data before the action, which counted the percentage of the undeveloped category (BB) as much as 80%, the category starting to develop (MB) as much as 13.33%, and the category developing according to expectations (BSH) as much as 6.67%. And after the implementation of the puppet fun game, there was a significant increase, this increase can be seen from the percentage, the undeveloped category (BB) was 0%, the category starting to develop (MB) was 13.33%, and the category developing according to expectations (BSH) was 86.67%. Thus, this puppet fun game can be used as material for activities before starting learning, in an effort to increase children's self-confidence.
