Abstract
ABSTRAK Anisa Putri Septiana (2024). Gambaran Efikasi Diri dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Karier Peserta Didik Kelas X Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan Implikasinya bagi Layanan Dasar Bimbingan dan Konseling Efikasi Diri dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Karier (CDMSE) pada peserta didik SMK merupakan hal yang krusial untuk dimiliki dengan tujuan agar peserta didik dapat mengatasi ketidakyakinan pada saat mengambil keputusan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran CDMSE dan menghasilkan dasar pertimbangan rumusan layanan bimbingan karier. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 483 peserta didik kelas X Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan data secara non probability sampling dengan jenis teknik sampling tipe convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan nilai yang paling sering muncul (modus), yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hampir seluruh peserta didik berada pada kategori yakin; (2) tiap dimensi CDMSE berada pada kategori yakin ; (3) hampir seluruh peserta didik perempuan dan laki-laki berada pada kategori yakin; (4) hampir seluruh peserta didik pada tiap jurusan berada pada kategori yakin; dan (5) peserta didik yang memilih bekerja setelah lulus SMK berada pada kategori yakin memilih bekerja, dibandingkan dengan peserta didik yang memilih melanjutkan kuliah. Kesimpulan melalui rumusan layanan bimbingan dan konseling berupa bimbingan klasikal dan kelompok bidang karier sebagai tindak lanjut CDMSE. Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Profile of Grade X Vocational High School Students and Its Implications for Basic Guidance and Counseling Services Career Decision Making Self Efficacy (CDMSE) among vocational high school students is crucial to possess in order for students to overcome uncertainties when making career decisions. This study aims to obtain an overview of CDMSE and generate the basis for formulating career guidance services. The research approach is quantitative with a descriptive method. The sample in this study consisted of 483 grade X vocational high school students obtained through non-probability sampling techniques with convenience sampling as the sampling technique. The results of the study based on the calculation of the most frequently occurring values (mode) show that: (1) almost all students are in the confident category; (2) each dimension of CDMSE is in the confident category; (3) almost all male and female students are in the confident category; (4) almost all students in each department are in the confident category; and (5) students who choose to work after graduating from vocational high school are in the confident category of choosing to work, compared to students who choose to continue their studies. The conclusion through the formulation of guidance and counseling services is in the form of classical and group guidance in the career field as a follow-up to CDMSE.
