Abstract

Masa remaja adalah mereka yang berusia sekitar 13 sampai 17 atau 18 tahun, yaitu usia matang secara hukum. Masa remaja merupakan periode yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan karena merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa, serta disebutkan sebagai usia bermasalah; masa produktif dalam pencarian jati diri; usia yang menakutkan; dan masa yang tidak realistik atau memandang dirinya seperti yang diinginkan, bukan berdasarkan kenyataan. Kecenderungan perilaku bullying memiliki tiga aspek yakni kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil kecenderungan perilaku bullying peserta didik dan menghasilkan rancangan bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan kecenderungan perilaku bullying peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 6 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode survei dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional study yang merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling serta melibatkan sebanyak 323 partisipan peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total 323 responden, sebanyak 38 responden (11,77%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 242 responden (74,92%) berada pada kategori sedang, dan 43 responden (13,31%) berada pada kategori rendah Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa umumnya peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Bandung berada pada kategori sedang. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik yang termasuk pada kategori kecenderungan perilaku bullying di tingkat sedang, cenderung memahami tindakan yang termasuk pada perilaku bullying, serta ada kemungkinan individu tersebut memilih melakukan ataupun tidak melakukan tindakan yang termasuk pada perilaku bullying. Oleh karena itu, berdsarkan hasil penelitian peserta didik SMK Negeri 6 Bandung membutuhkan rancangan bimbingan pribadi untuk mereduksi kecenderungan perilaku bullying. Bimbingan pribadi dirancang berdasarkan Panduan Operasional Penyelanggaran Bimbingan dan Konseling (POP BK) yang telah dilakukan uji konseptual oleh ahli dan praktisi dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Adolescents are those aged around 13 to 17 or 18 years, which is the legal age of maturity. Adolescence is a very important period to pay attention to because it is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, and is said to be a problematic age; a productive period in the search for identity; frightening age; and a time that is unrealistic or sees itself as desired, not based on reality. The tendency for bullying behavior has three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The aim of this research is to determine the profile of students' bullying behavior tendencies and produce a personal guidance design based on students' bullying behavior tendencies at Vocational High School 6 Bandung. The method used in this research is a survey method with a cross-sectional study research design which is a quantitative approach. This research used a convenience sampling technique and involved 323 class X students at Vocational High School 6 Bandung. The research results showed that of the total 323 respondents, 38 respondents (11.77%) were in the high category, 242 respondents (74.92%) were in the medium category, and 43 respondents (13.31%) were in the low category. It can be concluded that generally class X students at SMK Negeri 6 Bandung are in the medium category. This shows that students who fall into the category of bullying behavior tendencies at a moderate level tend to understand the actions that constitute bullying behavior, and there is a possibility that the individual chooses to carry out or not carry out actions that constitute bullying behavior. Therefore, based on the research results, students at Vocational High School 6 Bandung need a personal guidance plan to reduce the tendency for bullying behavior. Personal guidance is designed based on the Guidance and Counseling Implementation Operational Guide which has been conceptually tested by experts and practitioners in the field of guidance and counseling.
