Abstract

Setiap dokter memiliki kebutuhan untuk mengikuti pelatihan untuk menjaga moralitas dan menjaga pengetahuannya tetap mengikuti perkembangan. Pelatihan untuk dokter tentu tidaklah sembarangan, pelatihan dokter hanya dapat dilakukan di lembaga pelatihan resmi yang sudah memenuhi persyaratan dan memiliki surat izin resmi. Salah satu lembaga pelatihan dokter yang sudah memenuhi persyaratan dan izin resmi adalah PARAMETER. PARAMETER merupakan unit bisnis dari PT Padjajaran Mitra yang bergerak dalam bidang pelatihan tenaga kesehatan. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, PARAMETER masih memiliki kesulitan untuk memasarkan produknya. PARAMETER masih menjalankan strategi penjualan tebar jala. Dari data peserta pelatihan PARAMETER juga diketahui bahwa saat ini penjualan produk PARAMETER masih didominasi oleh 1 universitas saja yang mencapai 58% pesertanya berasal dari 1 universitas saja. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, PARAMETER memerlukan analisis untuk mencari target pasar potensial lainnya. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik univariat. Analisis regresi univariat dipilih karena dapat memberikan probabilitas pemilihan jenis pelatihan oleh peserta dari suatu universitas atau instansi. Setelah melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi univariat, terdapat beberapa target pasar potensial yang ditemukan. Hasil ini ditemukan kecenderungan RS HERMINA ke pelatihan PELS sebesar 89.6%, peserta RSUD SUMEDANG ke pelatihan EKG sebesar 81.55%, peserta RS CICENDO ke pelatihan ACLS sebesar 87.13%, peserta MARANATHA ke pelatihan ACLS sebesar 63.72%, peserta UNISBA ke pelatihan ACLS sebesar 55.54%, peserta UNJANI ke pelatihan EKG sebesar 74.29%, dan peserta YASRI ke pelatihan GELS sebesar 70.56%.. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi target pasar potensial. ------------ Every doctors needs to undergo training to maintain morality and to keep their knowledge up to date. Training for doctors is certainly not arbitrary, training for doctor can only be carried out at official training institutions that meet the requirements and have an official permit. One of the doctor training institutions that has met the official requirements and licenis PARAMETER. PARAMETER is a business unit of PT Padjadjaran Mitra which is engaged in training health workers. In running its business, PARAMETER still has difficulty marketing its products. PARAMETER is still implementing a sales strategy of spreading nets. From data on PARAMETER training participants, it known that currently sales of PARAMETER products are still dominated by just 1 university, with 58% of participants coming from just 1 university. Based on the problems, PARAMETER requires an analysis to find other potential market targets. The analysis was carried out using the univariate logistic regression analysis method. Univariate logistic regression analysis was chosen because it can provide the probability of selecting the type of training by participants from a university or agency. After carrying out an analysis using a univariate regression analysis model, several potential market targets were found. These results found a tendency for HERMINA Hospital to go to PELS training at 89.6%, SUMEDANG Regional Hospital participants to ECG training at 81.55%, CICENDO Hospital participants to ACLS training at 87.13%, MARANATHA participants to ACLS training at 63.72%, UNISBA participants to ACLS training at 55.54% , UNJANI participants to ECG training were 74.29%, and YASRI participants to GELS training were 70.56%. It is hoped that this research can become a recommendation for potential target markets.
