Abstract
Program Guru Penggerak angkatan enam di Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Banten bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Provinsi Banten melalui pelibatan guru-guru berprestasi sebagai agen perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Program Guru Penggerak di Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Banten dan mengidentifikasi seberapa baik Implementasi Program Guru Penggerak angkatan enam di Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Banten dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP sebagai pengungkur evaluasi program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian menggunakan evaluasi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada guru penggerak angkatan enam di Provinsi Banten. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji kai kuadrat. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru penggerak angkatan enam provinsi Banten sebanyak 138 guru penggerak dengan menggunakan teknik sampel simple random sampling dengan mengambil 30% dari jumlan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah butir pernyataan sebanyak 40 pernyataan yang digunakan untuk melihat aspek context, input, process dan product. Penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukan hasil yang sesuai dalam implementasi Program Guru Penggerak angkatan enam di Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Banten dalam aspek yang di teliti yaitu context, input, process dan product. Diskusi melibatkan interpretasi hasil dan implikasi temuan untuk perbaikan Program Guru Penggerak di masa depan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan dampak positif Program Guru Penggerak di Provinsi Banten. The sixth batch of the Change Agent Teacher Program at Balai Guru Penggerak Banten Province aims to improve the quality of education in Banten Province through involving outstanding teachers as agents of change. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Change Agent Teacher Program at the Banten Province Mover Teacher Center and identify how well the sixth batch of the Mover Teacher Program is implemented at the Banten Province Mover Teacher Center by using the CIPP evaluation model as a program evaluation measure. This research uses a quantitative approach and the research method uses descriptive evaluation. Data were collected through questionnaires to the sixth batch of Change Agent Teacher in Banten Province. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. The sample in this study was the sixth batch of Change Agent Teacher in Banten province as many as 138 driving teachers using simple random sampling technique by taking 30% of the population. The collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire with a total of 40 statement items used to see the context, input, process and product aspects. The research as a whole shows appropriate results in the implementation of the sixth generation Change Agent Teacher Program at the Banten Province Change Agent Teacher Center in the aspects studied, namely context, input, process and product. The discussion involves the interpretation of the results and the implications of the findings for the improvement of the Change Agent Teacher Program in the future. The findings provide insights to enhance the positive impact of the Change Agent Teacher Program in Banten Province.
