Abstract
ABSTRAK Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari banyaknya negara yang melakukan penyesuaian berupa memberlakukan kebijakan online learning atau pembelajaran daring pada semua jenjang pendidikan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan virus COVID-19. Kebijakan ini menimbulkan berbagai polemik seperti timbulnya kendala atau tantangan yang dirasakan oleh guru selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan untuk melihat apa saja tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru PAUD selama melaksanakan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19. Dokumen yang dijadikan bahan referensi merupakan artikel publikasi yang diambil dari Google Scholar dan Mendeley berdasarkan rentan waktu 2019 – 2022 dan dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan didapatkan 17 jurnal yang dijadikan sebagai bahan analisis. Hasil yang didapat mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat 6 (enam) kategori yang menjadi tantangan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19 diantaranya: (1) Tantangan pedagogik, (2) Tantangan Sarana dan Prasarana, (3) Tantangan Berkaitan Dengan Siswa, (4) Tantangan Berkaitan Dengan Orang Tua, (5) Tantangan Berkaitan Dengan Waktu, dan (6) Tantangan Berkaitan Dengan Kesehatan. Berbagai tantangan yang ditemui oleh guru PAUD dalam melakasanakan pembelajaran daring membuat pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dirasa kurang efektif dan kurang cocok dilaksanakan pada jenjang PAUD. ABSTRACT Indonesia is one of the many countries that make adjustments in the form of online learning at all levels of education as an effort to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. This policy raises various polemics such as the emergence of obstacles or challenges felt by the teacher during the implementation of online learning. This literature research was conducted to see what the challenges faced by kindergarten teachers while carrying out online learning in the Pandemic COVID-19. The document used as a reference material is a publication article taken from Google Scholar and Mendeley based on the vulnerable time 2019 - 2022 and from the specified criteria found 17 journals used as analysis material. The results obtained revealed that there were 6 (six) categories that were the challenges of teachers in carrying out online learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic period including: (1) Pedagogical Challenges, (2) Challenges of Facilities and Infrastructure, (3) Challenges Related to Students, (( 4) Challenges related to parents, (5) challenges related to time, and (6) challenges related to health. Various challenges encountered by kindergarten teachers in carrying out online learning make the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic period is deemed less effective and less suitable for the kindergarten level.
