Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada siswa tunagrahita di SMPLB-C Muhammadiyah Cipedes Kota Bandung. Hal ini menjadi penting karena adanya persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran mengalami kesulitan, yang disebabkan tingkat intelegensi mereka yang di bawah rata-rata orang normal. Mendidik siswa tunagrahita tidaklah semudah mendidik siswa normal. Siswa-siswa seperti ini mempunyai karakteristik dan kebutuhan khusus, oleh karena itu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran PAI untuk siswa tunagrahita diperlukan pendekatan serta pembelajaran secara khusus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, display data, dan disimpulkan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Pada pengolahan data hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran PAI mengacu pada Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan yang terdiri dari program tahunan, program semester, silabus, RPP, dan CPPH (catatan pembelajaran harian) serta adanya asesmen bagi siswa untuk aspek akademik dan non akademik untuk penyesuaian pelayanan pendidikan yang akan diberikan.Pada pelaksanaan pembelajarannya dilakukan secara individual yakni pelayanan pendidikan yang diberikan guru disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan setiap siswa. Evaluasi pembelajarannya berupa tes tertulis, tes lisan, serta tes perbuatan. Kemudian siswa mendapatkan buku rapor yang berisi nilai angka dan nilai uraian deskriptif. Selain mendapatkan pendidikan akademik, siswa mendapatkan pendidikan life skill berupa keterampilan membuat sandal jepit dari bahan karet yang sudah tersedia di pasaran, sebagai bekal keterampilan hidup di masa depan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran PAI kurang maksimal. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI sudah cukup baik, namun dilakukan oleh guru khusus PLB bukan oleh guru PAI secara khusus, karena adanya hambatan dari kondisi siswa tunagrahita pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran. Untuk evaluasi pembelajarannya berjalan dengan baik, aspek yang dievaluasi ialah aspek kognitif,afektif, serta psikomotor. Kata kunci: Tunagrahita, Guru Khusus PLB, Life Skill, Pembelajaran Individual This research purposes on knowing the planning, actuating, evaluating of learning in Islamic education for mental retardation student at Muhammadiyah special needs junior high school Cipedes Bandung. This subject become important because there are some problems that faced by student when studying Islamic education learning. They find some difficult problems. That caused by their level of intelligences is lower than common people. Educating Islamic education to mental retardation student is not as easy as educating normal student. These kind of students have special character and needs to treat. Therefore in Islamic education learning needs special approach for mental retardation student. This research is using qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data analyzing is using data reduction, display data and conclusion. The data collecting technique is using observation, interview, and documentation study. The processing of final research data founded that learning plan of Islamic education learning is following national curriculum consist of the annual program, semester program, syllabus, plan of learning, and daily learning notes, and assessment for student on academic aspect and non academic aspect to adjustment education service which will be given. The learning is being done individually. It is service education that given by teacher suited to student’s character and needs. The learning evaluations are written test, oral test, and psychomotor test. Students accept report of study evaluation which the content is about numeric score and description score. Beside academic education, student also get life skill education sort a sandals crafting that made from rubber it is for their life skills in the future. Based on research generally it can be concluded that learning plan of Islamic education is not optimal yet. The conclusion of learning actuation is good enough, but the learning is being done by special need teacher not the Islamic education teacher, it is because there are some threats of mental retardation student’s condition. The learning evaluation is good, the aspect that evaluated is cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects. Keyword: Mental Retardation, Special Needs Teacher, Life Skill, Individual Learning
