Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada implementasi kepemimpinan digital dan budaya organisasi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru, dengan mengambil studi kasus di SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. Dalam menghadapi dinamika era digital, pendidikan memerlukan adaptasi terhadap teknologi dan perubahan budaya organisasi. Kepemimpinan digital mencakup penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam manajemen sekolah, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja guru. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi yang kuat dianggap sebagai landasan penting untuk membentuk motivasi dan tanggung jawab guru terhadap tugas-tugas mereka. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, menggabungkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang holistik. Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang dampak implementasi strategi tersebut terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. Implikasi dari penelitian ini melibatkan rekomendasi konkret untuk pihak sekolah guna mengoptimalkan penerapan kepemimpinan digital dan memperkuat budaya organisasi, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam menghadapi tantangan disiplin kerja guru di era digital, dengan akhirnya meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan efektivitas pembelajaran. This research focuses on the implementation of digital leadership and organizational culture as a strategy to improve teacher discipline, taking a case study at SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. Faced with the dynamics of the digital era, education requires adaptation to technology and changes in organizational culture. Digital leadership includes the application of information and communication technology in school management with the hope of improving teachers' work efficiency. Meanwhile, a strong organizational culture is considered an important foundation for shaping teachers' motivation and responsibility towards their tasks. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study, combining in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis to gain a holistic understanding. The research findings are expected to provide a deep insight into the impact of the strategy implementation on teachers' work discipline at SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. The implications of this study involve concrete recommendations for the school to optimize the implementation of digital leadership and strengthen the organizational culture, creating a conducive work environment. The results of this study are expected to provide guidance for other schools in facing the challenges of teacher work discipline in the digital era, ultimately improving teaching quality and learning effectiveness.
