Abstract

Kemampuan resolusi konflik merupakan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku dalam menanggapi konflik yang diberikan kepada siswa berisi tentang pemahaman dasar mengenai sifat, dinamika dan pengaruh dalam konflik untuk menjadikan pribadi yang lebih bertanggung jawab dan sistemik dengan menggunakan keterampilan - keterampilan yang membangun hubungan antar manusia dengan ditandai adanya kemampuan orientasi, kemampuan persepsi, kemampuan emosi, kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kemampuan berfikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas program bimbingan cultivating peace untuk mengembangkan kemampuan resolusi konflik siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivisme dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif kuasi eksperimen, dengan desain Pretest-posttest Nonequivalent control group design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 160 siswa kelas XI RPL dan XI TKJ dengan masing-masing sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa jurusan RPL pada kelompok eksperimen dan 20 siswa jurusan TKJ pada kelompok kontrol. Adapun uji efektivitas program menggunakan uji mann withney melalui aplikasi SPSS 23.0 for windows. Secara spesifik, Program bimbingan cultivating peace efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan resolusi konflik siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan pada indikator jujur dan dapat dipercaya serta indikator kemampuan berfikir kreatif. Temuan hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif layanan bimbingan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan resolusi konflik siswa Conflict resolution skills are the knowledge, attitudes and behavior in responding to conflict given to students containing basic understanding of the nature, dynamics and influences in conflict to make individuals more responsible and systemic by using skills that build relationships between people characterized by orientation ability, perception ability, emotional ability, communication ability, creative thinking ability and critical thinking ability. This study aims to evaluated the effectiveness of a cultivating peace guidance program to develop conflict resolution skills in vocational high school students. This research uses the positivism paradigm with a quantitave approach. The method used in quasi-experiment with noneequivalent pretest and posttest group design.The research participants amounted to 160 students in grade XI RPL and XI TKJ with each research sample totaling 20 students majoring in RPL in the experimental group and 20 students majoring in TKJ in the control group. Processing of instrument data in this research uses the winsteps rasch model for window application. The program effectiveness test uses the mann withney test through the SPSS 23.0 for windows application. Specifically, the cultivating peace guidance program is effective in developing vocational high school students' conflict resolution abilities on indicators of honesty and trustworthiness as well as indicators of creative thinking abilities. The research findings can be used as an alternative guidance service to develop students' conflict resolution abilities
