Abstract
Permasalahan lingkungan seperti sampah, polusi, perubahan iklim, dan penipisan sumber daya alam menghadapkan Bumi pada pemanasan global ekstrem "global boiling". Kota Bogor telah menetapkan beberapa isu lingkungan sebagai prioritas, termasuk pengelolaan sampah yang belum terpadu, pencemaran lingkungan, dan perubahan iklim mikro. Kurangnya keterlibatan kegiatan lingkungan dan rendahnya kognitif menyebabkan peserta didik menghadapi kesulitan dalam memecahkan masalah lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh literasi lingkungan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik, pengaruh kecerdasan spasial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik dan pengaruh model struktural literasi lingkungan dan kecerdasan spasial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik di SMA Negeri Kota Bogor, dengan sampel adalah 248 peserta didik dari 6 sekolah (SMA 3,4,5,6,7, dan 9) dikelas XI IPS. Adapun variabel laten dalam penelitian ini meliputi literasi lingkungan (X1), kecerdasan spasial (X2), dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan (Y). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, studi literatur dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh literasi lingkungan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan sebesar 0.317 (Rendah); (2) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spasial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan sebesar 0.422 (Moderat); (3) terdapat pengaruh model struktural literasi lingkungan dan kecerdasan spasial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan sebesar 0.590 (Moderat). Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan pemahaman akan isu lingkungan melalui peningkatan literasi lingkungan dan kecerdasan spasial dengan strategi pembelajaran geografi dan keterlibatan langsung peserta didik dalam kegiatan lingkungan hidup. Environmental problems such as waste, pollution, climate change and depletion of natural resources expose the Earth to extreme global warming "global boiling". The city of Bogor has set several environmental issues as priorities, including unintegrated waste management, environmental pollution and microclimate change. Lack of involvement in environmental activities and low cognitive aspects cause students to face difficulties in solving environmental problems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of environmental literacy on students' environmental problem-solving ability, the effect of spatial intelligence on students' environmental problem-solving ability, and the effect of structural models of environmental literacy and spatial intelligence on environmental problem-solving ability. The research was conducted at Bogor City High School. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students in SMA Negeri Bogor City, with a sample of 248 students from 6 schools (SMA 3,4,5,6,7, and 9) in class XI IPS. The latent variables in this study include environmental literacy (X1), spatial intelligence (X2), and environmental problem-solving ability (Y). Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature studies and observations. Data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The results of this research show that: (1) there is an influence of environmental literacy on environmental problem-solving abilities of 0.317 (Low); (2) there is an influence of spatial intelligence on environmental problem-solving abilities of 0.422 (Moderate); (3) there is an influence of the structural model of environmental literacy and spatial intelligence on environmental problem-solving abilities of 0.590 (Moderate). Under these conditions, it is necessary to understand environmental issues through increasing environmental literacy and spatial intelligence with geography learning strategies and direct involvement of students in environmental activities.
