Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penilaian pembelajaran pada Kurikulum Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pangalengan baik pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian, serta menganalisis hambatan yang dialami guru dan menganalisis solusi atau upaya guru mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian survei. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket atau kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang berada di Kecamatan Pangalengan dengan sampel yaitu seluruh guru di 10 Sekolah Dasar Negeri dengan jumlah 81 guru. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis inferensial. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat persentase sebesar 90 % kesesuaian dengan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan pada aspek perencanaan penilaian, 92% kesesuaian dengan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan pada aspek pelaksanaan penilaian, dan 96% kesesuaian dengan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan pada aspek tindak lanjut hasil penilaian, serta 26% hambatan implementasi penilaian pembelajaran yang dialami oleh guru. Secara keseluruhan sudah sebagian besar guru mengimplementasikan penilaian pembelajaran pada kurikulum Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pangalengan sesuai dengan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan, namun masih perlu untuk memperbaiki hambatan-hambatan yang ada baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning assessment in the Elementary School Curriculum in Kecamatan Pangalengan both at the planning, implementation, and follow-up stages of assessment results, as well as analyzing obstacles experienced by teachers and analyzing solutions or efforts by teachers to overcome these obstacles. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and survey research design. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire instruments and documentation studies. The population in this study is all teachers of State Elementary Schools Kecamatan Pangalengant with a sample of all teachers in 10 State Elementary Schools with a total of 81 teachers. The results in this study show that there is a percentage of 90% conformity with Education Assessment Standards in the aspect of assessment planning, 92% conformity with Education Assessment Standards in the aspect of assessment implementation, and 96% conformity with Education Assessment Standards in the aspect of follow-up assessment results, as well as 26% Overall, most teachers have implemented learning assessment in the primary school curriculum in Kecamatan Pangalengan in accordance with the Education Assessment Standards, but it is still necessary to correct existing obstacles in planning, implementing, and following up on assessment results obstacles to the implementation of learning assessment experienced by teachers.
