Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Pop-Up Book pada materi perubahan wujud benda untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. Media pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan metode Design and developmnet (D&D) dengan model penelitian ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Branch (dalam Safitri, 2022, hlm. 53), melalui lima tahapan yaitu analisis (anlysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah wawancara, angket dan observasi. Hasil penelitian mengembangkan media Pop-Up Book menunjukkan bahwa, aspek media memperoleh hasil validasi sebesar 89,41% dengan kategori penilaian “Sangat Baik”, aspek materi memperoleh 94,7% dengan kategori penilaian “Sangat Baik”dan 95% dengan kategori “Sangat baik” dari ahli pembelajaran. Maka, dapat dinyatakan bahwa media Pop-Up Book yang dibuat sangat layak untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil analisis angket minat belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan media yaitu 39,03% dengan kategori “Rendah” dan setelah menggunakan media Pop-Up Book mendapatkan hasil sebesar 94,07% dengan kategori “Sangat Tinggi”. Hasil perhitungan uji coba tersebut mendapatkan adanya peningkatan minat sebesar 55,67%. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media Pop-Up Book pada pembelajaran perubahan wujud benda dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kelas III sekolah dasar. This study aims to develop Pop-Up Book learning media on material for changing the form of objects to increase the interest in learning of grade III elementary school students. Learning media was developed using the Design and development (D&D) method with the ADDIE research model developed by Branch, through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection instruments used to obtain data are questionnaires and observations. The results of the study developing Pop-Up Book media showed that, the media aspect obtained validation results of 89.41% with the "Very Good" assessment category, the material aspect obtained 94.7% with the "Very Good" assessment category and 95% with the "Very Good" category from learning experts and the results for student responses to this Pop-Up Book media amounted to So, it can be stated that the Pop-Up Book media which is made very worthy to be used as a learning medium. The results of the questionnaire analysis of student learning interest before using the media were 39.03% with the category "Low" and after using the Pop-Up Book media got results of 94.07% with the category "Very High". The results of the trial calculation found an increase in interest of 55.67%. Thus, the use of Pop-Up Book media in learning the transformation of objects can increase student interest in learning in grade III Elementary School.
