Abstract

Pada saat ini teknologi sudah semakin maju dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk pekerjaan pemerintah desa. Namun, pada desa Telukagung proses pendataan penduduk masih menggunakan cara manual terutama pada jajaran Ketua RT dan belum tertata dengan baik. Data kependudukan merupakan hal penting bagi administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan program pemerintah. Sistem pendataan penduduk berbasis website adalah sebuah aplikasi pendataan digital yang mampu menata pendataan penduduk dan administrasi dengan cepat, mudah dan efisien, dengan adanya sistem pendataan penduduk berbasis website yang mudah digunakan mampu membantu pemerintahan tingkat desa. Oleh karena itu perlu merancang dan membangun sistem kependudukan yang mudah digunakan oleh perangkat desa dan jajarannya. Metode perancangan yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem tersebut menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dan mengidentifikasi pengguna menggunakan user persona yang didapat dari metode UCD. Metode ini digunakan karena bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem dari user persona yang di peroleh dan menerapkan agar sistem mudah dipahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan user atau lebih mengutamakan User Interface dan User Experience. Pengguna dari sistem kependudukan ini adalah perangkat desa Telukagung dan jajarannya. Pengujian hasil dari rancang bangun website ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale, nilai akhir pengujian merancang dan membangun website sistem kependudukan menggunakan metode UCD bernilai 73. Menurut metode pengujian ini, website sistem sudah mudah digunakan dan dapat diterima oleh perangkat desa dan jajarannya karena memiliki nilai GOOD dan ranges acceptability pada level acceptable. : Nowadays, technology has advanced significantly and influenced various aspects of human life, including the work of village governments. However, in Telukagung village, the population registration process still relies on manual methods, especially at the level of the neighborhood association chairman, and is not well organized. Population data is crucial for population administration and government program recording. A web-based population registration system is a digital application that can efficiently organize population data and administration, making it quick, easy, and efficient. The availability of an easy-to-use web-based population registration system can assist the village-level government. Therefore, it is necessary to design and develop a user-friendly population system for village officials and their staff. The user-centered design (UCD) method is used to design the system, and user personas obtained from the UCD method are utilized to identify users. This method is employed to ensure that the system is easily understood and meets the users' needs, with a focus on the user interface and user experience. The users of this population system are the officials and staff of Telukagung village. The testing of the website's design and development employs the System Usability Scale method, and the final score for the testing of the population system website using the UCD method is 73. According to this testing method, the website system is considered easy to use and acceptable for village officials and their staff, as it received a GOOD rating and falls within the acceptable range.
