Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalahan pembelajaran PKn yang belum maksimal. Maka dari itu guru dituntut untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran, agar hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran PKn meningkat. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media yang menarik merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dalam penelitian ini media Logico Piccolo diharapkan menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran yang menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran PKn kelas IV SDN 1 Sukahurip mengenai materi makna hubungan simbol dengan sila-sila pancasila. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pre-experimental design tipe the one group pretest-posttest (tes awal-tes akhir kelompok tunggal) menggunakan objek tunggal yang berjumlah 34 peserta didik di kelas IV dan melibatkan dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, variabel bebas yaitu media Logico Piccolo dan variabel terikatnya yaitu hasil belajar PKn di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 54,52 dan rata-rata skor posttest sebesar 86.13. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media Logico Piccolo dapat memberikan perubahan terhadap hasil belajar PKn di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar ke arah yang lebih baik dan cukup efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya pada pembelajaran PKn. This research is motivated by the problem of Civics learning that has not been maximized. Therefore, teachers are required to develop learning media, so that student learning outcomes in Civics learning increase. Related to this, learning by using interesting media is one of the efforts to achieve success in the teaching and learning process. In this study, Logico Piccolo media is expected to be one of the learning media that is a solution to the problem of student learning outcomes in Civics class IV SDN 1 Sukahurip regarding the material on the meaning of the relationship between symbols and the precepts of Pancasila. This research is a quantitative study using the pre-experimental design method of the one group pretest-posttest type (single group pretest-final test) using a single object totaling 34 students in grade IV and involves two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable, the independent variable is the Logico Piccolo media and the dependent variable is the learning outcomes of Civics in grade IV Elementary School. From the results of this study, the average pretest score was 54.52 and the average posttest score was 86.13. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the use of Logico Piccolo media can provide changes to Civics learning outcomes in grade IV elementary schools in a better direction and is quite effective in the learning process, especially in Civics learning.
