Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk merumuskan program hipotetik bimbingan dan konseling pribadi-sosial untuk mengembangkan perilaku etis peserta didik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Garut Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yakni seluruh peserta didik sebanyak 147 dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan. (1) peserta didik yang memiliki perilaku etis pada kategori etis sebanyak 139 orang (94.6%), dan pada kategori tidak etis sebanyak 8 orang (5.4%). (2) rumusan program hipotetik bimbingan dan konseling pribadi sosial dinyatakan layak oleh pakar dan praktisi. Rekomendasi penelitian ditunjukan untuk guru bimbingan dan konseling dan peneliti selanjutnya. Kata kunci: Perilaku etis, Peserta didik, Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling The purpose of the research is to formulate the hypothetical personal-social guidance and counseling programs to developing ethical behavior of student. The research used a quantitative approach by using questionaries form as a means of collecting the data. Research methods used the descriptive method. The population are students of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Garut Senior High School Grade XI 2013/2014, the sampling technique used populatation sample. It was all of the students to be sampling in research of 147 student. The results showed, (1) the students who have high category of ethical behavior is 139 people (94.6%), and low categories is 8 people (5.4%). (2) formulation of guidance and counseling hipothetic programs personal social stated feasible by experts and practitioners. The recommendation of experiment is showed to the counsellor, and the next researcher. Key word: an ethical behavior, student, guidance and counseling.
