Abstract
Belajar merupakan rangkaian aktivitas yang dimaksudkan untuk mencapai perubahan perilaku individu yang timbul dari pengalaman dan interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Pada proses belajar melibatkan banyak aspek untuk mencapai tujuan dari pembelajaran. Tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan pembelajaran dapat diketahui melalui hasil belajar, yang mana dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu minat belajar dan lingkungan belajar. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh minat belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Kajian teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni konsep pendidikan dan pelatihan, hasil belajar, lingkungan belajar, dan minat belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 30 orang peserta Pelatihan Jabatan Fungsional Apoteker. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu angket/kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) secara parsial variabel minat belajar (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,016 < 0,05, maka hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima, 2) secara parsial variabel lingkungan belajar (X2) memiliki terhadap hasil belajar (Y) pengaruh dengan nilai signifikansi 0,011 < 0,50, maka hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima, 3) secara simultan variabel minat belajar (X1) dan lingkungan belajar (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,018 < 0,05, maka hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Learning is a series of activities intended to achieve changes in individual behavior that arise from experience and interaction with the surrounding environment. The learning process involves many aspects to achieve the goals of learning. Whether or not learning objectives have been achieved can be determined through learning outcomes, which can be influenced by various factors. The factors examined in this research are learning interest and learning environment. This research was conducted on the influence of learning interest and learning environment on learning outcomes. The theoretical studies used in this research are the concepts of education and training, learning outcomes, learning environment, and learning interest. This research used a quantitative approach with a correlational method, with a saturated sampling technique of 30 Pharmacist Functional Training participants. The data collection tools used were questionnaires and documentation studies. This research shows that: 1) partially the learning interest variable (X1) has an influence on learning outcomes (Y) with a significance value of 0.016 < 0.05, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, 2) partially the learning environment variable (X2 ) has an influence on learning outcomes (Y) with a significance value of 0.011 < 0.50, then the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, 3) simultaneously the learning interest variables (X1) and the learning environment (X2) have an influence on learning outcomes (Y ) with a significance value of 0.018 <0.05, then the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
