Abstract

Saat ini setiap perusahaan di Indonesia sedang menjalankan program CSR dalam bentuk amal (charity) atau pemberdayaan (empowerment) dan salah satu yang menjalankan program CSR dalam bentuk pemberdayaan adalah SML UMKM Centre. Program CSR di SML UMKM Centre bertujuan dalam pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pelatihan UMKM. Hal tersebut mendorong peneliti mengkaji sejauh mana implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pelatihan umkm pada program csr di sml umkm centre. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian adalah satu kepala bagian program CSR bidang ekonomi, satu mentor pelatihan UMKM, dan dua peserta pelatihan UMKM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam bentuk wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tahapan yang dilakukan SML UMKM Centre dalam pelatihan umkm adalah tujuh komponen sistem pendidikan nonformal yaitu: masukan mentah, masukan sarana, masukan lingkungan, output, proses, masukan lain, dan outcome., (2) proses pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pelatihan UMKM di SML UMKM Centre dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu: tahap penyadaran dengan memberikan pencerahan, motivasi, pendampingan dan keterampilan. Tahap pengkapasitasan (capacity building) memberikan teori dan praktek keterampilan, lalu pada tahap pendayaan (empowerment) memfasilitasi dan memberikan kebebasan untuk mengembangkan diri tanpa paksaan., (3) Dampak dari pelatihan umkm terbagi menjadi 3, yaitu: dampak jangka pendek, masyarakat memiliki kesadaran dalam pengembangan diri dan memiliki pengetahuan akan keterampilan. Dalam jangka menengah, masyarakat mengalami perubahan sikap dan tingkah laku dan jangka panjang dapat dilihat dari perubahan kondisi masyarakat dari segi ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial., (4) Faktor pendukung program CSR adalah sumber daya manusia yang berpartisipasi aktif dan lingkungan yang mendukung. Faktor penghambat berasal dari waktu yang sempit dalam mempersiapkan program yang akan datang : Currently every company in Indonesia is running a CSR program in the form of charity or empowerment and one that is running a CSR program in the form of empowerment is the SML UMKM Center. The CSR program at the SML UMKM Centre aims to empower women through MSME training. This prompted researchers to examine the extent of the implementation of women’s empowerment through micro small and medium enterprises (umkm) training in the corporate social responsibility (csr) program at sml umkm center. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. The research participants were one head of the CSR program in the economic field, one MSME training mentor, and two MSME training participants. Data collection was carried out in the form of interviews, observation and documentation studies. The findings show that (1) Stages carried out by the SML UMKM Center in the MSME training program are seven components of the non-formal education system, namely: raw input, input facilities, enviromental input, output, process, other input, and outcome. (2) the process of empowering women in MSME training at the SML UMKM Centre is carried out in three stages, namely: the awareness stage by providing enlightenment, motivation, assistance and skills. The capacity building stage provides theory and practice skills, then the empowerment stage facilitates and gives freedom to develop oneself without coercion. (3) the impact of the MSME training is divided into 3, namely: short-term impact, the community has awareness in self-development and has knowledge of skills. In the medium term, people experience changes in attitudes and behavior and in the long term it can be seen from changes in community conditions in terms of economic, environmental and social. (4) factors supporting the CSR program are human resources who actively participate and a supportive environment. The inhibiting factor came from the limited time in preparing the upcoming program.
