Abstract

Di era digital ini penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada generasi Z menghadapi tantangan dengan munculnya budaya asing yang menggeser nilai-nilai budaya leluhur bangsa. Generasi Z menganggap bahwa kebudayaan di negerinya sendiri merupakan kebudayaan kuno dan tidak menarik sama sekali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan karakter berkebinekaan global melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 1). Dalam perencanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPN 18 dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu membentuk tim pelaksana projek, menentukan tujuan dan sasaran projek, mengalokasikan waktu kegiatan projek, serta merancang anggaran dana dan sumber daya lainnya. 2). Dalam pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPN 18 terdapat sembilan aktivitas dengan total durasi 120 JP yang dilaksanakan secara blok selama tiga pekan. Alur aktivitas yang digunakan dalam projek ini yaitu bekali, pilah-pilih-pakai, wujudkan, dan tradisikan. 3). Terdapat beberapa jenis metode evaluasi, diantaranya refleksi awal, tengah, akhir, diskusi dua arah, observasi, serta refleksi menggunakan rubrik. 4). Adanya perubahan sikap dan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai nilai kebinekaan seperti toleransi, persatuan, kerukunan, keadilan, dan solidaritas, mengenal dan menghargai budaya, berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi antar budaya, serta merefleksikan pengalaman kebinekaan dalam kehidupan. 5). Kendala internal meliputi keterbatasan referensi bahan bacaan tentang kearifan lokal dan kebinekaan global di sekolah serta minimnya dukungan siswa dalam pembelajaran di kelas sedangkan kendala eksternal mencakup kurangnya pendampingan guru dalam kegiatan workshop serta minimnya pemahaman orang tua tentang projek. Namun, dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan komunikasi yang baik kendala tersebut dapat diatasi secara efektif. In this digital era, the implementation of Pancasila values in generation Z faces challenges with the emergence of foreign cultures that shift the nation's ancestral cultural values. Generation Z thinks that culture in their own country is ancient and not interesting at all. This research aims to foster a character of global diversity through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results show that 1). In planning the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMPN 18, it is carried out through several stages, namely forming a project implementation team, determining project goals and objectives, allocating time for project activities, and designing a budget of funds and other resources. 2). In implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMPN 18, there were nine activities with a total duration of 120 JP which were carried out in blocks for three weeks. The flow of activities used in this project are stock, sort-select-use, make it happen, and make it a tradition. 3). There are several types of evaluation methods, including initial, middle, final reflection, two-way discussion, observation, and reflection using a rubric. 4). There is a change in students' attitudes and understanding of diversity values such as tolerance, unity, harmony, justice, and solidarity, respecting and appreciating culture, communicating and interacting between cultures, and reflecting on the experience of diversity in life. 5). Internal obstacles include limited references to reading materials about local wisdom and global diversity in schools and the lack of student support in classroom learning, while external constraints include the lack of teacher assistance in workshop activities and the lack of parental understanding of the project. However, with the right approach and good communication these obstacles can be overcome effectively.
