    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghitung proyeksi jumlah siswa, proyeksi rombongan belajar, proyeksi kebutuhan guru kelas, proyeksi kebutuhan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) untuk Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Binong Kabupaten Subang karena adanya permasalahan di Kecamatan Binong yaitu kurang meratanya persebaran guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yakni melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification kemudian menggunakan metode proyeksi dalam melakukan perhitungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proyeksi siswa dan rombongan belajar naik setiap tahun dari 2023 sampai 2027.

    This research conducted to calculate the projected number of students, study groups, class teacher needs, needs for Islamic Religious Education teachers (PAI) and Physical, Sport, and Health Education teachers (PJOK) for Elementary Schools in Binong, Subang Regency due to the problems in Binong is the uneven distribution of public elementary school teachers. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques used primary data and secondary data, through document study method and interviews. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification then using the projection method in performing the calculations. The results of this study indicate that projected students and study groups increase every year from 2023 to 2027.
