Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memegang peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sehingga mampu bersaing di dunia kerja. Ketersediaan pekerjaan di Indonesia sangat rendah dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini, hal ini karena lebih banyak jumlah pencari kerja daripada pekerjaan yang tersedia. Solusi yang didapat dari tingkat pengangguran pada lulusan SMK yang tinggi serta jumlah ketersediaan pekerjaan di Indonesia yang rendah maka wirausaha salah satu cara untuk mengatasinya. Direktorat SMK juga mempunyai salah satu program yaitu lulusan SMK untuk (BMW) bekerja, meneruskan dan Wirausaha. Minat wirausaha merupakan dorongan dan ketertarikan siswa untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat wirausaha siswa program keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) di SMKN 3 Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui angket untuk mengetahui tingkat minat wirauhasa siswa dan faktor-faktor yang memppengaruhi minat wirausaha siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan minat wirausaha siswa program keahlian DPIB di SMKN 3 Kuningan ada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan faktor internal yang paling mempengaruhi minat wirausaha siswa. Pada faktor internal aspek kesenangan memiliki pengaruh paling besar sedangkan pada faktor eksternal aspek lingkungan sekolah memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap minat wirausaha siswa program keahlian DPIB di SMKN 3 Kuningan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran bagi sekolah, tenaga pendidik, dan siswa untuk terus mengembangkan terus minat wirausaha dengan program – program kewirausahaan yang lebih efektif. Vocation High School (SMK) plays an important role in improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) so that they are able to compete in the world of work. The availability of jobs in Indonesia has been very low in recent years, this is due to the greater number of job seekers than available jobs. The solution obtained from the high unemployment rate for vocational school graduates and the low number of job availability in Indonesia, entrepreneurship is one way to overcome it. The SMK Directorate also has a program, namely SMK graduates for (BMW) work, continuing and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial interest is the encouragement and interest of students to engage in entrepreneurial activities. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Modeling and Building Information Design (DPIB) expertise program at SMKN 3 Kuningan. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire to determine the level of student entrepreneurial interest and the factors that influence student entrepreneurial interest. The results of the data analysis show that the entrepreneurial interest of DPIB expertise program students at SMKN 3 Kuningan is in the very high category with internal factors that most influence student entrepreneurial interest. On the internal factor, the fun aspect has the greatest influence, while on the external factor, the school environment aspect has the greatest influence on the entrepreneurial interest of DPIB expertise program students at SMKN 3 Kuningan. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide suggestions for schools, educators, and students to continue to develop an interest in entrepreneurship with more effective entrepreneurship programs.
