Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi sistem manajemen mutu terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini dikarenakan kinerja guru yang mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada tidaknya pengaruh implementasi sistem manajemen mutu terhadap kinerja guru. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk menambah kajian yang kaitannya mengenai pengaruh implementasi sistem manajemen mutu terhadap kinerja guru. dengan demikian terdapat dua variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel (X) adalah sistem manajemen mutu yang diukur oleh indikator (1) kompetensi lulusan; (2) Isi; (3) Proses; (4) Penilaian; (5) Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan; (6) Sarana dan Prasarana; (7) Pengelolaan; dan (8) Pembiayaan. Variabel (Y) adalah kinerja guru yang diukur oleh indikator (1) Kualitas; (2) Kuantitasl dan (3) Ketepatan Waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey (explanatory survey), teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner skala 4. Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 103 orang yang terdiri dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan, serta teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sistem Manajemen Mutu (X) dalam kategori sangat baik, (2) Kinerja Guru (Y) berada pada kategori sangat baik, (3) Sistem Manajemen Mutu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, semakin baik implementasi sistem manajemen mutu maka akan semakin tinggi pula peningkatan kinerja guru begitupun sebaliknya. Kata Kunci: Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Kinerja Guru, Kinerja This study discusses the implementation of quality management systems on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The problem in this research is because the teacher's performance has decreased. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is influence of the implementation of the quality management system on teacher performance. The benefit of this research is to add to studies related to the influence of the implementation of the quality management system on teacher performance. Thus there are two variables in this study, namely variable (X) is the quality management system as measured by indicators (1) graduate competency; (2) Contents; (3) Process; (4) Assessment; (5) Educators and Education Personnel; (6) Facilities and Infrastructure; (7) Management; and (8) Financing. Variable (Y) is teacher performance as measured by indicators (1) Quality; (2) Quantity and (3) Timeliness. This study used a survey method (explanatory survey), data collection techniques using a scale 4 questionnaire. Respondents from this study totaled 103 people consisting of teachers and education staff, as well as data analysis techniques using regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Quality Management System (X) is in the very good category, (2) Teacher Performance (Y) is in the very good category, (3) the Quality Management System has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. It can be concluded that the better the implementation of the quality management system, the higher the increase in teacher performance and vice versa.
