Abstract
Penelitian evaluasi ini mengevaluasi tentang Kesesuaian Pembelajaran Muatan Lokal Bahasa Bali (Studi Evaluatif dengan Pendekatan Stake’s Countenance di MTs Kelas VII Provinsi Bali). Kesesuaian pembelajaran didukung oleh perencanaan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh guru, serta pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perencanan yang ada, dan adanya penilaian ketercapaian terhadap kompetensi siswa. Penelitian evaluasi ini untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian antara perencanaan yang diharapkan (intended antecedents) dengan perencanaan yang teramati (observed antecedents); proses yang diharapkan (intended transactions) dengan proses yang teramati (observed transactions); hasil yang diharapkan (intended outcomes) dengan hasil yang teramati (observed outcomes); perencanaan yang teramati dengan pelaksanaan yang teramati; pelaksanaan yang teramati dengan hasil yang teramati; dan perencanaan yang teramati dengan hasil yang teramati terhadap pembelajaran muatan lokal Bahasa Bali. Penilitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi kurikulum Stake’s Countenance melalui pendekatan penelitian mix-methods (kuantitatif-kualitatif) yang dilakukan pada 4 MTs Provinsi Bali dengan subyek penelitian guru, siswa, dan kepala madrasah; dengan alat untuk mengukur data berupa kuesioner, uji-t, studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara sehingga ditemukan beberapa simpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, ada ketidaksesuaian antara perencanaan yang diharapkan (intended antecedents) dengan perencanaan yang teramati (observed entecedents). Kedua, ada kesesuaian antara proses yang diharapkan (intended transactions) dengan proses yang teramati (observed transations). Ketiga, ada kesesuaian antara hasil yang diharapkan (intended outcomes) dengan hasil yang teramati (observed outcomes). Empat, ada kesesuaian antara perencanaan yang teramati (observed antecedents) dengan proses yang teramati (observed transactions) dalam pembelajaran Muatan Lokal Bahasa Bali; hal ini tampak pada hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan uji-t bahwa: nilai t hitung; dan dengan t tabel = 3,1824 maka nilai t hitung < t tabel, sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, artinya ada kesesuaian yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata perencanaan dengan nilai rata-rata pelaksanaan pembelajaran Muatan Lokal Bahasa Bali. Lima, ada kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan yang teramati (observed transactions) dengan hasil yang teramati (observed outcomes). Diperoleh nilai t hitung= -0.040; dan dengan t tabel = 3,1824 maka nilai t hitung < t tabel, sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, artinya ada kesesuaian yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata pelaksanaan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil pembelajaran Muatan Lokal Bahasa Bali. Dan enam, ada kesesuaian perencanaan yang teramati (observed transaction) dengan hasil yang teramati (observed outcomes) dalam pembelajaran muatan lokal Bahasa Bali. Diketahui bahwa hitung = -4.418; dengan t tabel = 3,1824 maka nilai t hitung < t tabel, sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, artinya adanya kesesuaian yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata perencanaan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil pembelajaran Muatan Lokal Bahasa Bali. Penelitian evaluasi ini merekomendasikan kepada Kepala MTs, guru Bahasa Bali, Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama, dan Peneliti lainnya. This evaluation study to evaluate the suitability of local content of Balinese language (evaluative study with Stake's countenance approach in MTs grade VII of Bali Province). suitability of learning supported by learning plan developed by teachers, as well as the implementation of learning in accordance with existing plans, and the achievement of the competence assessment of students. This evaluation study to evaluate the fit between planning the expected ( intended antecedents); with planning the observed (observed antecedents); process that is expected (intended transactions) with the observed (observed transactions); expected outcomes (intended outcomes) with results observed (observed outcomes); planning observed by the implementation of the observable; implementation of the observed with the observed results, and planning that observed with the observed results of the local content of Balinese language. this study used an evaluation model curriculum of Stake's countenance through the research approach mixed-methods (quantitative-qualitative) conducted in four MTs (Islamic secondary school) in the province of Bali with the subjects of study are teachers, students, and the principle of Madrasah (Islamic School) ; the tools to measure data in the form of questionnaires, t-test, study of documents, observation, and interviews, and found some conclusions as follows: First, there is a discrepancy between the plans expected ( intended antecedents) with planning the observed (observed antecedents). Second, there is a match between the expected proces (intended transactions) with the planning of the observed (observed transactions). Third, there is a match between the expected outcomes (intended outcomes) with the results observed (observed outcomes). Fourth, there is conformity between the planning of the observed (observed antecedents) with the observed (observed transactions) in the local content of the Balinese language learning: this can be seen at the results obtained by using t-test that: the value of t count; with t table = 3 , 1824 then the value of t count <t table, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted, means that there is a significant fit between the average value of planning with the average value of the implementation of local Balinese language learning content. Fifth, there is compatibility between the implementation of the observed (observed transactions) with the results observed (observed outcomes). obtained the value of t count = -0040; and t table = 3, 1824 then the value of t count < t table, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is a significant fit between the average execution with the average value of learning outcomes of local content of Balinese language. Sixth, there is the suitability of planning observed (observed transactions) with the results observed (observed outcomes) in charge of learning the local language of Bali. Note that t count = -4418; with t table = 3.1824 then the value t count <t table, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted, means that the existence of significant compatibility between the average value of planning with the average value of the learning outcomes of local content of Balinese language. This evaluation study recommends to the headmaster of MTs, Balinese language teachers, the Office of the ministry of religion affairs, and other researchers.
