Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya minat berwirausaha (entrepreneurial intention). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel diperoleh secara random sampling sebanyak 324 responden siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tingkat eksplanasi asosiatif kausal dengan regresi berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis yang dilakukan meliputi, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian tingkat Self efficacy, tingkat locus of control dan tingkat entrepreneurial intention siswa SMK Negeri Kota Bandung sama-sama berada pada kategori sedang, terdapat pengaruh positif antara Self efficacy terhadap entrepreneurial intention secara parsial. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara locus of control terhadap entrepreneurial intention secara parsial. Terdapat pengaruh positif Self efficacy, dan locus of control terhadap entrepreneurial intention secara simultan. Adapun saran pada penelitian ini adalah pada variabel Self efficacy siswa harus meningkatkan keyakinan atas kemampuan dirinya, pada variabel locus of control siswa harus meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atas usaha siswa, pada variabel entrepreneurial intention siswa harus meningkatkan ketertarikan siswa untuk berwirausaha. : This research is motivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the effect of Self efficacy and locus of control on entrepreneurial intention in class XI students of State Vocational Schools in Bandung city. This type of research is quantitative research with survey method. The sample was obtained by random sampling as many as 324 respondents of class XI students of State Vocational Schools in Bandung city. In this study using the causal associative level of explanation with multiple regression. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The prerequisite tests of the analysis carried out include, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the research on the level of Self efficacy, the level of locus of control and the level of entrepreneurial intention of students of public vocational schools in Bandung city are both in the medium category, there is a positive influence between Self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention partially. There is a positive influence between locus of control on entrepreneurial intention partially. There is a positive influence of Self efficacy, and locus of control on entrepreneurial intention simultaneously. The suggestions in this study are that in the Self efficacy variable, students must increase their confidence in their abilities, in the locus of control variable, students must increase their confidence in their abilities.
