Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam seharusnya bisa membantu peserta didik untuk mengenal, memahami, bertakwa, berakhlak mulia dan mengamalkan agama Islam dari sumber utamanya yaitu kitab suci Al-Qur’an dan hadist. Tetapi, pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam belum berhasil menyediakan pembelajaran yang sesuai. Sehingga sekolah menyediakan kegiatan keasramaan sebagai penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis bagaimana penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui kegiatan keasramaan di boarding school SMAIT Insantama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum menganalisis bagaimana penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui kegiatan keasramaan di boarding school SMAIT Insantama. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan program penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui kegiatan keasramaan di boarding school SMAIT Insantama: (2) mendeskripsikan proses penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui kegiatan keasramaan boarding school SMAIT Insantama: (3) mendeskripsikan perilaku keagamaan siswa di SMAIT Insantama. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan mengingat belum banyak yang meneliti terkait kegiatan keasramaan di boarding school sebagai upaya untuk memperkuat Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan kegiatan keasramaan di boarding school SMAIT Insantama sebagai penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa program penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui kegiatan keasramaan terdiri atas 3 program, yaitu program tahfidz, program ta’lim dan program training bulanan. Adapun proses penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui kegiatan keasramaan tersebut ialah program tahfidz dalam pelaksanaanya menggunakan metode TES, program ta’lim dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode pembelajaran pada umumnya, sementara program training bulanan dalam proses pelaksanaan dibuat seperti acara workshop. Terdapat beberapa adab sebagai perilaku keagamaan siswa di SMAIT Insantama yaitu, adab berbicara, adab berpakaian dan adab pergaulan. Adab ini diterapkan untuk menjadi benteng atau tembok peserta didik dalam berperilaku. Kata Kunci : Penguatan, Kegiatan Keasramaan, Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) ABSTRACT Learning Islamic Religious Education should be able to help students to know, understand, be pious, have noble morals and practice Islam from its main source, namely the holy book of the Qur'an and hadith. However, the learning of Islamic Religious Education has not succeeded in providing appropriate learning. So that the school provides boarding activities as a reinforcement of Islamic Religious Education. This study seeks to analyze how to strengthen Islamic religious education through boarding activities at SMAIT Insantama boarding school. The purpose of this study is generally to analyze how to strengthen Islamic religious education through boarding activities at SMAIT Insantama boarding school. Specifically, this study aims to: (1) describe the Islamic education strengthening program through boarding activities at SMAIT Insantama boarding school: (2) describe the process of strengthening Islamic education through boarding school activities at SMAIT Insantama: (3) describe the religious behavior of students at SMAIT Insantama. This research is important considering that not many have researched related to boarding school activities as an effort to strengthen Islamic education. This research is a research with a qualitative at boarding school SMAIT Insantama as strengthening Islamic religious education. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Islamic education strengthening program through dormitory activities consisted of 3 programs, namely the tahfidz program, the ta’lim program and the monthly training program. The process of strengthening Islamic education through dormitory activities is the tahfidz program in its implementation using the TES method, the ta’lim program in its implementation uses learning methods in general, while the monthly training program in the implementation process is made like a workshop event. There are several rules as religious behavior of students at SMAIT Insantama, namely, speech, dress and association. This adab is applied to be a fortress or wall of learners in behavior.
