Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan banyaknya perubahan perilaku belajar pada siswa sekolah dasar setelah berakhirnya masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi membuat siswa tidak dapat efektif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Sehingga upaya dari guru dalam memfasilitasi perubahan perilaku belajar siswa selama masa pandemi dan pasca pasca pandemi lah yang dapat membantu siswa beradaptasi dalam mengikuti setiap proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilkau belajar siswa selama mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di masa pandemi dan pasca pandemi serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk memfasilitasinya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan desain penelitian ex post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan dan penurunan perilaku belajar siswa selama mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di masa pandemi dan pasca pandemi. Saat pembelajaran daring, siswa mengalami penurunan dalam berpartisipasi aktif selama pembelajaran dan mengalami peningkatan dalam hal mencari sumber belajar di internet. Sedangkan setelah pembelajaran tatap muka di pasca pandemi, perilaku belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam hal berpartisipasi aktif bertanya di kelas dan mengalami penurunan dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran secara berkesinambungan. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru selama masa pandemi lebih banyak kepada melakukan komunikasi dan kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa. sedangkan setelah masa pandemi, upaya guru adalah dengan membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok dan memperbanyak kegiatan pembelajaran secara berkelompok. This research is motivated by the many changes in learning behavior in elementary school students after the end of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Online learning during the pandemic made students unable to be effective in participating in the learning process. So that the efforts of the teacher in facilitating changes in student learning behavior during the pandemic and post-pandemic times can help students adapt in participating in every learning process that is carried out. This study aims to describe students' learning behavior while participating in learning activities during the pandemic and post-pandemic as well as the efforts made by the teacher to facilitate it. This research is qualitative with an ex post facto research design. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews with teachers and students. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there was an increase and decrease in student learning behavior while participating in learning activities during the pandemic and post-pandemic. When learning online, students experience a decrease in participating actively during learning and experience an increase in finding learning resources on the internet. Whereas after face-to-face learning in the post-pandemic period, student learning behavior has increased in terms of actively participating in asking questions in class and has decreased in participating in learning activities on an ongoing basis. Efforts made by teachers during the pandemic were more for communicating and collaborating with parents of students. whereas after the pandemic, the teacher's efforts were to divide students into several groups and increase learning activities in groups
