Abstract

Penyelenggaraan muatan keterampilan pada pendidikan kesetaraan bertujuan agar peserta didik mampu melakukan aktualisasi kemandirian, otonomi, kebebasan dan kreativitas dalam berkarya untuk mengisi ruang-ruang publik secara produktif. Metode resitasi merupakan metode penyajian bahan di mana guru memberikan tugas tertentu agar siswa melakukan kegiatan belajar, kemudian harus dipertanggung jawabkannya. Metode resitasi melibatkan fase pemberian tugas, fase pelaksanaan tugas, dan fase mempertanggungjawabkan tugas. Mata pelajaran muatan keterampilan yang diselenggarakan pada pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM Ulil Al-Bab menerapkan metode resitasi sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menjelaskan fase pemberian tugas pada metode resitasi dalam meningkatkan keaktifan warga belajar pada muatan keterampilan komputer; 2) menjelaskan fase pelaksanaan tugas pada metode resitasi dalam meningkatkan keaktifan warga belajar pada muatan keterampilan komputer; 3) menjelaskan fase mempertanggungjawabkan tugas pada metode resitasi dalam meningkatkan keaktifan warga belajar pada muatan keterampilan komputer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan tutor menerapkan metode resitasi, kelima indikator pada fase pemberian tugas terpenuhi, ketiga indikator pada fase pelaksanaan tugas terpenuhi, dan ketiga indikator pada fase mempertanggungjawabkan tugas terpenuhi. Sementara itu, satu indikator pada fase pelaksanaan tugas yaitu mencatat hasil penugasan belum dilakukan secara tetap. Melalui metode resitasi (pemberian tugas) warga belajar memiliki kemampuan menerapkan prinsip pemecahan masalah, memiliki kemandirian dalam belajar, dan memiliki keberanian untuk bertanya yang merupakan bagian dari keaktifan belajar. The implementation of skills content in education allows the aim of enabling students to be able to actualize independence, independence, freedom and creativity in working to fill public spaces productively. The recitation method is a method of presenting material in which the teacher gives certain tasks so that students carry out learning activities, then they must be held accountable. The recitation method involves the assignment stage, the task implementation stage, and the task accountability stage. Skill content subjects that are maintained in equality education at PKBM Ulil Al-Bab apply the recitation method as one of the learning methods. This study aims to 1) explain the phases of giving assignments to the recitation method in increasing the activity of learning citizens in computer skills; 2) explaining the stages of carrying out tasks in the recitation method in increasing the activity of learning citizens in the content of computer skills; 3) explain the stages of task responsibility in the recitation method in increasing the activity of learning citizens in the content of computer skills. The research methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research conducted show that the tutor uses the recitation method, the five indicators are in the phase of giving satisfactory assignments, the three indicators are in the phase of carrying out assignments, and the three indicators are in the phase that deceives the obligation to compete. Meanwhile, one indicator in the task implementation phase, namely recording the results of the assignment has not been carried out regularly. Through the recitation method (assignment assignments) the learning community has the ability to apply problem-solving principles, has independence in learning, and has the courage to ask questions which are part of active learning.
