Abstract

Peneliatan dilakukan di SMK BPP Bandung menemukan temuan bahwasannya para siswa tidak merasa tertarik dan cenderung pasif saat mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran dengan memakai model pembelajaran klasikal. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) dipilih sebagai solusi dalam permasalahan ini, PBL ialah taktik pembelajaran “mendorong” peserta didik untuk belajar aktif dalam meretas masalah yang rumit di kondisi nyata. Hasil penerapan PBL pada siswa kelas XI APH SMK BPP Bandung siklus I ke siklus III memperoleh kenaikan rerata hasil belajar, kenaikan siklus I ke siklus III meningkat 12,94% dari 75,87% naik ke 90,87%. Peningkatan nilai berkategori Amat Tinggi sebesar 40,66%, dari 7 anak menjadi 13 anak. Kenaikan rerata nilai dikarenakan siswa menyerap materi dengan mudah dari pembelajaran PBL. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran Front Office di kelas XI APH SMK BPP Bandung, yang sudah terlaksana sesuai dengan landasan-landasan dari model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terbukti bahwa model pembelajaran tersebut bisa meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah Front Office ; Research conducted at Vocational School BPP Bandung found that students did not feel interested and tended to be passive when participating in learning activities using the classical learning model. This research technique uses Classroom Action Research (PTK), with the aim of research to improve student learning outcomes by using the problem-based learning (PBL) model chosen as a solution to this problem. PBL is a learning tactic that "encourages" students to learn actively in solving problems. which is complicated in real conditions. The results of implementing PBL for class The increase in scores in the Very High category was 40.66%, from 7 children to 13 children. The increase in average scores was due to students absorbing the material easily from PBL learning. It can be concluded that learning in the Front Office subject in class.
