Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh akreditasi sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Cimalaka belum merata. Akreditasi lembaga berdampak linearitas terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, peringkat akreditasi akan naik didasari oleh kinerja guru yang baik pula. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta besaran pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan self efficacy guru terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan/bersama-sama. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner tertutup, yang mana kuesioner tersebut dilakukan uji validasi dan reabilitas terlebih dahulu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Cimalaka. Adapun sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 76 guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji deskripsi dan uji analisis data inferensial. Adapun uji analisis data inferensial menggunakan uji regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 29. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan self efficacy guru terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan/bersama-sama. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 18,3%. Sedangkan besaran pengaruh self efficacy guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 44,9%. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan self efficacy guru memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 45,4%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan self efficacy guru memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan/bersama-sama. ----- This research is motivated by the fact that the accreditation of public elementary schools in Cimalaka District has not been evenly distributed. Institutional accreditation has a linear effect on improving teacher performance, the accreditation rating will increase based on good teacher performance as well. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher self-efficacy on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously/together. The research method uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional survey design. The data collection technique uses a closed questionnaire instrument, in which the questionnaire is tested for validation and reliability first. The population of this study were all teachers in public elementary schools in Cimalaka District. The research sample is 76 teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive test and inferential data analysis test. The inferential data analysis test used multiple regression tests with the help of the SPSS 29 application. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of the principal's leadership and teacher self-efficacy on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously/together. Principal leadership has an influence on teacher performance by 18.3%. While the magnitude of the influence of teacher self-efficacy on teacher performance is 44.9%. Principal leadership and teacher self efficacy influence teacher performance by 45.4%. So it can be concluded that the principal's leadership and teacher self efficacy have an influence on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously/together..
