Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang belum optimal, ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata perolehan penilaian akhir semester (PAS) kelas X SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah adversity quotient yang terdiri dari control, origin & ownership, reach, dan endurance berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 384 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei eksplanatori dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) adversity quotient yang terdiri dari control, origin & ownership, reach, endurance berada pada kategori sedang dan hasil belajar berada di bawah KKM; (2) tingkat adversity quotient berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar; (3) tingkat control berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar; (4) tingkat origin & ownership berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar; (5) tingkat reach berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar; (6) tingkat endurance berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that are not optimal, as indicated by the average end of semester assessment (PAS) class X at SMAN in Bandung City has not reached according to the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study is to determine whether Adversity Quotient consisting of Control, Origin & Ownership, Reach, and Endurance has an effect on learning outcomes. The population in this study were all students of class X at SMA Negeri in Bandung. The sampling technique in this study used a stratified sampling technique so that a sample of 384 students was obtained. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate: (1) adversity quotient which consists of control, origin and ownership, reach, endurance is in the medium category and learning outcomes are below the KKM; (2) the levels of adversity quotient has a positive effect on learning outcomes; (3) the levels of control has a positive effect on learning outcomes; (4) the levels of origin & ownership has a positive effect on learning outcomes; (5) the levels of reach has a positive effect on learning outcomes; (6) the levels of endurance has a positive effect on learning outcomes.
