Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Motivasi Guru Bersertifikasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Se-Kecematan Kesambi Kota Cirebon”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi guru bersertifikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner tertutup menggunakan Google Form yang disebarkan kepada perwakilan 63 orang guru. Hasil perhitungan uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 0,651. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara kedua variabel memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang positif dan kuat. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu thitung > ttabel sebesar 6,703 > 2,000 artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Kemudian kontribusi terhadap variabel Y (Produktivitas Kerja) sebesar 42,4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pada hasi analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y= a + bX maka Y= 17,423 + 0.650X Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara Motivasi Guru Bersertifikasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Se-Kecamatan Kesambi Kota Cirebon tergolong kuat. This research is entitled "The Influence of Certified Teacher Motivation on Work Productivity in State Junior High Schools in the Kesambi District of Cirebon City". In general, this study aims to find out how the effect of certified teacher motivation on work productivity. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using closed questionnaires using Google Forms which were distributed to representatives of 63 teachers. The results of the calculation of the normality test on the distribution of data show that the X and Y variables are normally distributed. Based on the results of testing the data, the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y is 0.651. This shows that the correlation between the two variables has a positive and strong level of influence. Meanwhile, the results of the significance test with the t-test when compared, namely tcount > ttable of 6,703 > 2,000 means that there is a significant relationship between variables X and variable Y. Then the contribution to variable Y (Work Productivity) is 42,4% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the equation Y= a + bX means Y= 17,423 + 0.650X. The conclusion of this study is that the relationship between Certified Teacher Motivation and Work Productivity in State Junior High Schools in the Kesambi District, Cirebon City is relatively strong.
