Abstract

Kemenristek Dikti tengah mengedepankan sebuah program bernama ANBK yang salah satu tujuannya untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi siswa pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Sayangnya, kemampuan literasi siswa di Indonesia berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian dikatakan rendah, hal inilah yang menjadi alasan penelitian ini dilaksanakan, bahwa apakah ada faktor lain yang menghambat atau berpengaruh akan hal tersebut. Adapun tujuan lainnya yaitu (1) bagaimana pengaruh gaya mengajar guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi; (2) bagaimana pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi; (3) bagaimana pengaruh gaya mengajar dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi berprestasi; dan (4) bagaimana pengaruh gaya mengajar dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan dampaknya terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur berbantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah peserta ANBK pada tahun 2022 dari sekolah negeri di wilayah Kec. Rancaekek Kab. Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah (1) tahapan konseptual; (2) perancangan dan perencanaan; (3) membuat instrument penelitian; (4) tahap empirik; (5) tahap analitik; dan terakhir (6) pelaporan. Validitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi berbantuan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh cukup besar adalah gaya mengajar terhadap kinerja guru, dan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi. ----- The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education is currently promoting a program called ANBK, one of which measures students' literacy skills at the basic education level. Unfortunately, the literacy skills of students in Indonesia, based on several research results, are said to be low; this is the reason this research was carried out, regardless of whether there are other factors that hinder or influence this. The other objectives are: (1) how does the teacher's teaching style influence achievement motivation; (2) what is the effect of teacher performance on achievement motivation; (3) how the influence of teaching style and teacher performance together on achievement motivation; and (4) how the influence of teaching style and teacher performance together on achievement motivation and its impact on reading literacy skills This study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3 application-assisted path analysis method. The participants in this study were ANBK participants in 2022 from public schools in the Kec. Rancaekek Kab. Bandung. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire The stages of the research carried out are: (1) conceptual stages; (2) design and planning; (3) creating research instruments; (4) empirical stages; (5) analytical stages; and finally, (6) reporting. The validity of the data in this study was assessed using the SmartPLS 3-assisted application. The results showed that the variables that had a significant effect were teaching style on teacher performance and teacher performance on achievement motivation.
