Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah bahwa penguasaan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi di Indonesia perlu ditingkatkan agar terciptanya peserta didik yang dapat bersaing dan beradaptasi di masa kini dan masa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis soal-soal HOTS pada soal ujian sekolah mata pelajaran IPA sekolah dasar tahun pelajaran 2016-2017, 2017-2018, dan 2018-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif jenis analisis dokumen dengan teknik pengumpulan data codding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada naskah soal US tahun 2017 terdapat 0% soal HOTS dimensi faktual, 3% soal HOTS dimensi prosedural, dan 3% soal HOTS dimensi konseptual. Kemudian, pada naskah soal US tahun 2018 terdapat 10% soal HOTS dimensi faktual, 3% soal HOTS dimensi prosedural, dan 3% soal HOTS dimensi konseptual. Pada naskah soal Ujian Sekolah tahun 2019 terdapat 5% soal HOTS dimensi faktual, 13% soal HOTS dimensi prosedural, dan 10% soal HOTS dimensi konseptual. Dapat disimpulkan komposisi soal HOTS di soal Ujian Sekolah masih dalam kategori sedikit sekali, akan tetapi terjadi peningkatan komposisi soal HOTS dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai evaluasi dalam pembuatan soal Ujian Sekolah untuk lebih ditingkatkan kembali dalam penyusunan soal HOTS mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. ----- The background of this research is that the mastery of higher-order thinking skills in Indonesia needs to be improved in order to create students who can compete and adapt in the present and future. The purpose of this study was to analyze the HOTS questions on the school examination questions for elementary school science subjects for the 2016-2017, 2017-2018 , and 2018-2019 academic years. This study used a descriptive method of document analysis type with codding data collection techniques. The results showed that in the US question script in 2017 there were 0% factual dimension HOTS questions, 3% procedural dimension HOTS questions, and 3% conceptual dimension HOTS questions. Then, in the US question script in 2018, there are 10% factual dimension HOTS questions, 3% procedural dimension HOTS questions, and 3% conceptual dimension HOTS questions. In the US question script in 2019 there are 5% factual dimension HOTS questions, 13% procedural dimension HOTS questions, and 10% conceptual dimension HOTS questions. It can be concluded that the composition of HOTS questions in the School study Uquestions is still in the category of very few, but there has been an increase in the composition of HOTS questions from the year to year. This research is used as an evaluation in making School study questions to be further improved in the preparation of HOTS questions for my subjects Natural knowledge.
