Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk teranalisisnya kondisi faktual praktik kepemimpinan spiritual dalam manajemen mutu pendidikan tinggi, tereksplorasinya manajemen mutu pendidikan tinggi yang menghasilkan lulusan yang berakhlaq mulia, terdeskripsikannya pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual dalam mutu pendidikan di tinggi serta terbangunnya model kepemimpinan spiritual dalam manajemen mutu pendidikan tinggi untuk membentuk akhlaq mulia . Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi penelitian di Institut Agama Islam Latifah Mubarokiyah (IAILM) Suryalaya Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed-method dengan pendekatan exploratory sequential. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual pada IAILM terungkap bahwa skor rata-rata berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan tinggi. Artinya, Pimpinan IAILM sudah menerapkan model kepemimpinan spiritual dengan baik dalam memimpin Perguruan Tinggi. Hasil perhitungan skor rata-rata pada dimensi mutu pendidikan, ditemukan bahwa manajemen mutu pendidikan pada IAILM lebih baik dalam budaya organisasi terutama indikator kerjasama antara rekan kerja, serta budaya dan aktivitas kerja dimana responden merasa kompetensinya dihargai di lingkungan IAILM. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap mutu pendidikan tinggi, ditemukan bahwa Nilai t = 14,803 dan untuk t tabel dengan n sebanyak 200 dan alpha 0,05 nilai t tabel adalah 1.652. Jika nilai t hitung > t tabel = 14.803 > 1.652 artinya variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antar kedua variabel tersebut dengan klasifikasi yang sangat kuat. Artinya, model kepemimpinan spiritual memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap manajemen mutu pendidikan tinggi yang menghasilkan lulusan yang berakhlaq mulia. This study aims to analyze the factual conditions of spiritual leadership practices in quality management in higher education, explore quality management in higher education that produces graduates with noble character, describe the influence of spiritual leadership in the quality of education in higher education and develop a model of spiritual leadership in quality management in higher education to shape morality. glorious . This research took the research location at the Latifah Mubarokiyah Islamic Institute (IAILM) Suryalaya Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a mixed-method with an exploratory sequential approach. In this study, it was found that spiritual leadership at IAILM revealed that the average score was in the very high and high categories. This means that the IAILM Leaders have implemented a spiritual leadership model well in leading Universities. The results of calculating the average score on the dimensions of education quality, found that education quality management at IAILM is better in terms of organizational culture, especially indicators of cooperation between colleagues, as well as work culture and activities where respondents feel their competence is valued in the IAILM environment. To find out the effect of the spiritual leadership model on the quality of higher education, it was found that the value of t = 14.803 and for a t table with n of 200 and an alpha of 0.05 the value of t table is 1.652. If the t count > t table = 14,803 > 1,652 it means that variable X has an effect on variable Y. That there is a very significant influence between the two variables with a very strong classification. That is, the spiritual leadership model has a very significant influence on the quality management of higher education which produces graduates with noble character.
