Abstract

Kesehatan adalah hal penting yang perlu dijaga oleh setiap masyarakat. Hasil data dari Riset Kesehatan Dasar memberikan hasil pada pravelensi gizi yang didasarkan pada indikator Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) memberikan hasil pada provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan hasil terlihat pada presentase kurus dan obesitas pada umur 18 tahun keatas memiliki presentase yang lebih tinggi dari skala umur lainnya. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pembuatan, prinsip desain yang digunakan dan hasil uji respon uji terkait video motion graphic “Pengenalan Kalori”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan dalam merancang, prinsip desain yang tepat, dan hasil uji coba pada ahli media, ahli materi, dan responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (DND) yang meliputi enam tahap: identifikasi masalah, deskripsi tujuan, desain dan pengembangan produk, ujicoba produk, evaluasi hasil uji coba, dan komunikasi hasil uji coba. Perancangan media edukasi menghasilkan video motion graphic yang membahas kalori dan pola hidup sehat yang dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada remaja. Hasil pengujian pertama yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi diperoleh hasil 75,5% dalam kategori “Layak”. Setelah melalui revisi, uji materi kedua mendapat persentase 84,4% dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil uji ahli media pertama diperoleh persentase 83,6 % dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Pada uji ahli media kedua didapati persentase 89% dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil uji respon pengguna oleh remaja diperoleh persentase 84,7% dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” digunakan sebagai media edukasi dalam mengenalkan kalori dan pola hidup sehat pada remaja di lingkungan Antapani Wetan Bunisari. : ----- Health is an important thing that needs to be maintained by every community. The results of data from the Basic Health Research provide results on nutritional prevalence based on Body Mass Index (BMI) indicators that provide results in the province of West Java, with the results seen in the percentage of thinness and obesity at the age of 18 years and over have a higher percentage than other age scales. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to make, the design principles used and the results of the test response test related to the motion graphic video "Introduction to Calories". This study aims to determine the stages in designing, appropriate design principles, and the results of trials on media experts, material experts, and respondents. This research method uses the Design and Development (DND) method which includes six stages: problem identification, description of objectives, product design and development, product testing, evaluation of trial results, and communication of trial results. Educational media design produces motion graphic videos that discuss calories and healthy lifestyles that can provide understanding to adolescents. The results of the first test conducted by material experts obtained 75.5% in the "Appropriate" category. After going through revisions, the second material test got a percentage of 84.4% in the "Very Decent" category. The first media expert test results obtained a percentage of 83.6% in the "Very Feasible" category. In the second media expert test, the percentage was 89% in the "Very Feasible" category. The results of the user response test by adolescents obtained a percentage of 84.7% in the "Very Feasible" category used as educational media in introducing calories and healthy lifestyles to adolescents in the Antapani Wetan Bunisari neighborhood.
