Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar melalui Implementasi Model Pembelajaran RADEC pada Materi Wujud Benda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain non equivalent Pelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas eksperimen dan 27 siswa kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran RADEC memiliki hasil yang lebih baik terhadap hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Yang artinya penggunaan model radec dan model langsung memiliki hasil yang berbed dan model radec dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran IPA terutama pada materi wujud benda. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25, yang menunjukan hasil nilai rata-rata posttest kelompok eksperimen dengan menggunakan model radec dibandingkan perolehan rata-rata pada kelompok kelas kontrol tanpa menggunakan model radec. Rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh pada nilai posttest kelas ekperimen sebesar 85,87 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 71,70. ------- The purpose of the study is to know critical thinking ability in third grade elementary school student by implementing RADEC learning model on phase transitional materials lesson. The study uses non design equivalent quasi experiment method. The experiment involved 30 students of experiment class and 27 students of controlled class. Based on this study and data analysis, it is concluded that using RADIC learning mode has better result on critical thinking ability than direct learning model, which means the implementation of RADEC mode and direct mode have different result. This RADEC mode can be one of the alternative learning mode ini learning science especially on phase transitional materials lesson. Data is processed by using SPSS 25, which shows the result of average value on controlled class group postest without using RADEC model. The average value on experiment class postest are between 85, 87 and on controlled class postest are between 71, 70
