Abstract
SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya merupakan SMK tertua di Kota Tasikmalaya terutama untuk rumpun Bisnis dan Manajemen. SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya memiliki tujuh program keahlian, dan salah satunya adalah program keahlian manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan pengetahuan yang lebih luas terkait kurikulum operasional sekolah dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada program keahlian manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis di SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Konsep kurikulum operasional sekolah yang diimplementasikan di SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya dilakukan melalui tahap, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan monitoring. Output dari desain kurikulum yang dibuat mengharapkan siswa menjadi seorang decision maker dan problem solver yang baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar lingkungan sekolah. Dalam implementasi kurikulum operasional sekolah di SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya, ketersediaan dan kesiapan guru, sarana dan prasarana, dan mitra industri menjadi sumber daya penunjang keberhasilan pengimplementasian kurikulum operasional sekolah. Hasil analisis SWOT, IFAS, dan EFAS menunjukkan bahwa SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya dapat memanfaatkan rekomendasi strategi agresif dalam program keahlian MPLB. SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya is the oldest SMK in Tasikmalaya City, especially for the Business and Management family. SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya has seven expertise programs, and one of them is the office management expertise program and business services. The purpose of this study was to obtain broader information and knowledge related to the school's operational curriculum in implementing the independent curriculum in the office management skills program and business services at SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya. This research method uses a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The concept of the school operational curriculum implemented at SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya is carried out through the stages of planning, implementing, evaluating and monitoring. The output of the designed curriculum expects students to become good decision makers and problem solvers both in the school environment and outside the school environment. In the implementation of the school operational curriculum at SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya, the availability and readiness of teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and industrial partners are the supporting resources for the successful implementation of the school operational curriculum. The results of the SWOT, EFAS, and IFAS analysis show that SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya can utilize aggressive strategy recommendations in the MPLB expertise program.
