Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bandung, yang dapat diamati melalui hasil Penilaian Akhir Semester. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kemampuan TPACK guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bandung yang berjumlah 2.986 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 260 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknis analisisnya menggunakan analisis variabel Mediasi versi Baron dan Kenny. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (i) tingkat kemampuan TPACK guru dan motivasi belajar pada kategori sedang, dan hasil belajar siswa berada dikategori rendah dengan nilai dibawah KKM (ii) tingkat kemampuan TPACK berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar (iii) motivasi belajar mampu memediasi pengaruh kemampuan TPACK guru terhadap hasil belajar. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of class XI Social Science students at Public High Schools in Bandung Regency, which can be observed through the results of the Final Semester Assessment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the teacher's TPACK ability level on student learning outcomes in economics subjects with learning motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were students of class XI Social Sciences at Public High Schools in in Bandung Regency, totaling 2,986 students. By using random sampling technique obtained a sample of 260 students. The research method used was an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and the technical analysis used the Baron and Kenny version of Mediation variable analysis. The results showed that (i) the teacher's TPACK ability level and learning motivation were in the medium category, and student learning outcomes are in the low category with scores below the KKM (ii) the TPACK ability level had a positive effect on learning outcomes (iii) learning motivation was able to mediate the influence of the teacher's TPACK ability on learning outcomes.
