Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen berbasis portofolio elektronik sebagai assessment for learning yang valid dan reliabel untuk meningkatkan habits of mind siswa pada materi sistem koloid. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang siswa kelas XI di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung yang terlibat dalam tahap uji coba terbatas. Indikator habits of mind yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga kategori yaitu regulasi diri, berpikir kritis, dan berpikir kreatif. Task yang dikembangkan dalam asesmen portofolio elektronik ini terdiri dari tiga task yaitu peta konsep berbagai tipe sistem koloid; makalah mengenai sifat-sifat koloid, penerapan sifat koloid dalam kehidupan, dan cara pembuatan koloid; dan laporan praktikum sifat koloid efek Tyndall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instrumen valid dengan nilai CVR 0,60 – 1,00 dan reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,712 – 1,000. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba terbatas terhadap instrumen asesmen berbasis portofolio elektronik yang dikembangkan menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tersebut dapat meningkatkan habits of mind siswa pada materi sistem koloid. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh rata-rata nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,67 dengan kategori sedang. Pada kategori berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif berturut-turut diperoleh rata-rata nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,66 dan 0,64 dengan kategori sedang, sedangkan pada kategori regulasi diri diperoleh rata-rata nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,71 dengan kategori tinggi. This study aims to develop an electronic portfolio assessment instrument as a valid and reliable assessment for learning to improve students’ habits of mind on colloidal system material. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) design with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The participants in this study were 36 students of class XI in one of the High Schools in the city of Bandung who were involved in the limited trial phase. The habits of mind indicator used consists of three categories, namely self-regulation, critical thinking, and creative thinking. The task developed in this electronic portfolio assessment consists of three tasks, namely a concept map of the types of colloids, the application of colloidal properties in life, and how to make colloids; and a practical report on the colloidal properties of the Tyndall effect. The results showed that the instrument was valid with a CVR value of 0.60 – 1.00 and reliable with a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.712 – 1.000. Based on the results of the limited trial phase of the electronic portfolio assessment instrument developed show that these instruments can improve students’ habits of mind on the colloidal system. Overall, the average N-Gain value is 0.67 in the medium category. In the categories of critical thinking and creative thinking, respectively, the average N-Gain value is 0.66 and 0.64 in the medium category. While in the category of self-regulation, the average N-Gain value is 0.71 in the high category.
